Overhaul, Overhaul, Overhaul. It's like everyone's favorite word. No faction needs a overhaul, things aren't that bad. OKW doesn't need a overhaul just 3 nerfs to the flak truck, obers, volks. The design is perfectly fine it's just that relic overcompensated for their resource disadvantage.
But no every time there is a small problem with a faction, relic needs to drop everything and start over.
