So you want t-34/85s to cost 2/3 of their current price in leghtening games? Maybe even nondoctrinal? That makes no sense. Only upgun, actually a side-tech, t-34/76 could use is the 57mm AT gun it was really produced with in small numbers. That way it would work like pgrens - either AI or AT version, you choose which one is better.

200 mp is as much of a cost as a wipe! Manpower is never expendable, its kind of fair trade when you get the fuel for mp. And if you happen to loose your drops to opponent, well then you lost whole match in few seconds.
But I agree soviet drop is too vulnerable to be used in a serious match.
As far as I remember pzfusi nade was changed few patches ago and now does same damage as all the other at nades. Also never had problems with using us nade or seeing the animation, its pretty obvious. Cant say anything about ukf nade becouse I dont own the commander.
choosing and syncing music is hard think to do, if you have skills and time to spare you can add music but to acheive better effect than without it you will need more time for music than all the other parts of video making process combined.
If thats not the case better leave in game music instead of making your video worse, youtube is full of videos with terribly added music already.

Your power supply is probably too weak, coh2 uses awfull amounts of power, more than any other game I've seen. Check if it also BSODs on combined cpu and gpu stress tests. You can also try plugging one card out to make sure it uses no power while the other works on coh2. If it BSODs on stress tests (remember both cpu and gpu and real stress test, not some benchmark) or works without one card you should buy better power supply.

Its easy to do, can bring some players to the game and the effect is actually to be seen. In case of ballance and bug fixes every new patch that repairs handfull of problems couses much more new ones, in case of ballance it is more important for people that they are relesing patches and doing something that what is the real effect.
