Thread: [OKW] [All Modes] [2x ISG ending the game VS brits]21 Sep 2015, 12:57 PM Alot of why this unit is good at the moment is because it needed to be, brit emplacements have the same vunerabilities as okw trucks except the trucks don't have brace. LeIG was originally used to counter all indirect fire wasting away trucks, it got given suppression because relic cant balance mg34 or kubel and to get people to actually use the unit instead of spending that mp towards more ober/volks blobs. The minute my LeIG can fire on things directly in front of it or has 6 men you can compare it to the maxim. It does have to be pointed at the targets its firing at so I will concede that, but hey what does setup time really mean? In: COH2 Balance

Re balancing rifles is pointless atm till these guys come on the scene or when they do come they will come out just as op as rifles currently are and rifles will be nerfed. Thread: Ostheer sniper HP nerf13 Sep 2015, 22:17 PM Round and round we go, I am getting tired of this really. THings get buffed then after enough wining they get nerfed and then after one side steamrolls people till they run to the forums they get buffed again. Snipers got buffed to what they are now because no-one used them because they would be wiped too easily either by charging rifles or countersniped by soviets. I am really scared because of the nerfs coming without thought and planning. Sniper to good,indirect fire too good and brit armor too good and there is going to be a relic back lash and the nerf hammer is gonna swing wild so everyone has to hurry and learn new meta and a few months down the line it will swing the otherway. Sniper has to be used against brits to bleed and prevent tank spam because there isn't a lot ost can do against early brit tanks. Nerfs to them are coming and undoubtedly nerfs will come to sniper and that will leave things competely open for US to be op just like von ivan knows it is and no one will get to play a game in any sort of sensible thought out manner and the struggle will continue as long as people whine hard. Thread: How to counter UKF Bofors?4 Sep 2015, 10:35 AM Jump back to quoted post4 Sep 2015, 09:47 AMNick Banana i play few game against brits and bofor is super effective against imf and light vehicles and damage stug and ostwind. you can try with Pz4 or mortar P4 takes too much damage, risky or impossible unsupported, only way is keep it braced with in direct fire and use something with high vision to wipe it. I feel against brits both factions have to just bleed them so they cant get tanks and then overwhelm with spearheads of armor once the balance tips. I guess spotting scopes as ost will help a lot. As OKW I just keep a leig hammering them till my jagdpanzer can come. P4 against brits is risky as they pack a punch and thier at has soo much range. In: Ostheer Strategies
Thread: The lowy bunker spam!!! I am angry18 Aug 2015, 18:42 PM One of the first times I played coh 1 multiplayer I got wrecked by bunker spam, only units he used was pioneers. At least its more feasible in coh2 now to punch through that stuff with at least smoke easily accessible at the start. As someone that uses bunkers when playing as axis they are not invulnerable and can only guarantee area denial for a short amount of time on their own before being blown apart and with that goes the manpower and ammo with it and no shrecks or lmg42 to stop the tide of armour or infantry that run over the wreckage. Tigers disappeared from what I can tell and no one wants lower costs or muni upgrade to a pIV for a tiger. 85s were always a heavy killing medium, with the rise of the other mediums its nice is pushed further away adjusting that niche will cause problems. Thread: British Forces Video!9 Jul 2015, 19:47 PM I don't see how they can honestly say two factions for the price of one, I am still waiting for scavanger and a few others to drop so I can have the flexibility to keep pace with meta. Unless sweeping massive changes are happening once they balance brits there will be some units you just dont use! Meta means 1 brit faction not 2 :-( In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: CAS Axis cmrd is by far the best cmdr for team games (3vs3+)8 Jul 2015, 12:30 PM If tigers and supply trucks weren't nerfed into the ground I doubt we would see this commander, all these big sweeping meta changes seem to just piss people off and it doesn't help when there isn't a cohesive view of the future. Also if the mg42 still didn't suppress worth a damn would there be an issue with cas? In: COH2 Balance
