Thread: angry people25 Mar 2014, 12:09 PM Played an auto 2vs2 this morning ... first couple of minutes into the game my 'partner' was already telling me and the opposing team that I was a noob. It's like an automatic ... if we loose, It's not my fault. He was right .. I am a noob. How he knew in that short of time, I'm not sure ... because I laid down a munitions cache early rather than move my engineers forwards? I don't know. I do know it did effect my play ... I was annoyed at him so I wasn't on my best game. Oh well ... moving on to the next game ... sorry if you get partnered up with me guys ... I'm trying to learn as quick as I can. In: New Members
Thread: German forces 21 Mar 2014, 14:42 PM I've only played Russian's to this point as I am new to the game. Once I think I've a good handle on the Russian's I plan on switching to the Germans. As a Russian player things I hate are: MG bunkers ... Molotov's don't take them out you have to flank them or blow them up with support weapons German players that don't stay still ... sit and burn baby!! MG gunners that suppress you then get up and move back ... stupid Russian's crawl around on their bellies for a long time .. no Molotov!!! Otherwise you can oorraggg in to suppression, belly crawl up and Molotov ... don't move!! Ostwind ..... I hate, hate that tank!! Shreds Russians like plucking feathers off a chicken. German mortars ... just where the hell did that come from! Troops with shrecks ... what new hell is this ... can you drop one for me please?! More than one tank ... common .. you know I can't handle double penetration! That's R rated stuff!! In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: AmiPolizeiFunk21 Mar 2014, 13:20 PM I'm very new to COH2 ... never played COH1 so I don't have the pre-conceived notions of what COH2 could have been. The game to me is awesome fun and after watching the 'free-to-play' documentary ... I'd love to see this series get half the fans that something like DOTA has, and I'm hearing that COH2 could have been/should have been better? Come on Relic ... get the tools into the game that the community needs to blow it out the doors ... let the community guide it. WWII gaming is kind of a niche market so it's an uphill battle to begin with. Ami ... what you have done here is awesome! Keep up the fight! In: Fan Clubs
Thread: angry people20 Mar 2014, 19:14 PM I would have to say that team mate abuse in random team games is quite prevalent in this game if you are a new player or just not having a good day playing. Just ignore it as best you can ... or have some fun ... 1st time you get called a noob, be polite and let your team know you are doing your best. Second time ... inform him that you are moving all your troops back to base so he can show yoou how it's done. 3rd time ... fire bomb his base. Most likely he will just comment a few times and leave. Thread: Counter to the FHT 1v119 Mar 2014, 13:47 PM mines .... if you take a VP or fuel point lay mines in front in the direction you expect them to approach. Place a munitions cache down ASAP on a point near your base to help keep the mines coming. Get AT grenades as soon as you can. One of my last battles I held the fuel point early but took a beating. My engineers were close by and dropped a mine out in front. Sure enough a HT comes up clear the point ... boom! I could almost hear the German player ... WTF!! In: Red Army Strategies
