Why do allies complain about "OP" volks shrek blobs? Common sense dictates to me that if I am an allied player and I see a volks shrek blob, I say to myself "because of the shreks, that blob is handicapped on the AI front" so I build an AI blob to counter it. Or are volks deemed so OP that even with shreks they can take on rifles with lmgs, shocks, etc?
I think allies just want to complain about every single unit the OKW has. Next it will be the infrared halftrack or ISG.
Another thing is when they vet, they simply don't die. At vet 5 they get HUGE received accuracy reduction and a blob of 3-4 vet 5 volk can kill everything in its path, Infantry and vehicles. If you add one or two ubers then its GG. |
Well with the entire gaming industry now releasing dlc, at the cost of 15 to 30 euros or dollars, that should have been in a game at the first place, this is indeed something free and positive.
But I mean come on, how hard is it to process it in a way that it is at least useful and productive instead of giving players endless amounts of duplicates..

There were some random polls in-game which they asked us what the players actually want. I vote for crafting and trading (just like Valve games). It's frustrating right now.

It murders penals, it murders shocks, it murders vet0 rifles. There is 11% for rifles to penetrate it and it takes 25 penetrating shots to kill it from the front, which on average, rounding up, means it needs at least ~220 shots fired at it frontally to get it down.
Now, getting T2 and T4 could be between 10 and 15 fu cheaper, 221 should be able to arrive slightly faster than M20.

Against USF, if you can suppress them in early engagements you are fine, but if you don't, it's almost over for you. In open maps you can place your MGs in good positions and delay the enemy but in urban maps it's very hard. Lower the cost of T1-2. I think that's enough, because 222 it cheap and if you micro it well it will do its job. |
Yup, people chose blobbing not only because is easier, but also because it's viable and effective. I myself sometimes blob with USF and OKW, because it's easier to win that way, and you can save for KT or a few E8s.
People should be discouraged to blob, and punished if they lose their blob. Right now the game is just a fuel war, float fuel and call in the big guns.
But if the blobs are not so damn effective, you have to get creative and literally use "Military genius" if you want to win, and then you are forced to find your true play style.
Of course there still will be blobbers, bug it's gonna be hard and unforgiving for them. |

You forget I had to build t1, plus I had like 300 ish manpower when I attacked, but had to micro so couldn't build anything. But come on.. A lot of guys here trying to claim that blobbing is tactical or bla die bla, face the freaking fact that it is the only thing that faction is doing since it came on the field in western fronts expansion

Go argue with romeo about that. If you ask me blobbing is lazy and cheap (I don't say I don't blob though, I sometimes do), but you know what I mean. Most players just mindlessly move their blob without thinking, but some rely on blobs to flank and micro their units (you may call that "Infantry Heavy" but that's still blobbing in my book). |
Even with spotter, maxim can't stop blobs.
And when obers are out, they can stop anything anymore.
Ubers are kinda broken cause they snipe units, but they can stop volks. |
so if these items and commanders become tradeable + marketeable on steam i think i will put up these commander for $400 each just like csgo knives
