Who has the best territory denial stuff? Ostheer...Who needs to take risks flanking out of cover? Who has the longer ranged mortar which can get Vet 3 instantly with a certain commander, which also has G43s, excellent for shredding flanking units from long range? (except for the Soviet doctrinal mortar?) Hopefully I'm wrong. Conversely think about Osts Infantry preservation issues? How ANNOYING would it be to keep Pgrens alive till armor comes out and with Infantry just whipes them out.... Going to be a brave new world with Ost having the early game advantage.... KV2s are best at when they're stationary, when they're not locked down they will shoot incredibly slow, perhaps even slower than the Is2 so they have to be locked down to be effective, which they would have an insanely high firing rate. However, the time for it to lock or or unlock takes a very long time, enough time for a Stuka to drop right on top of it or maybe a Gustav. Panthers can do well against it especially when you shoot at it's rear and you're not facing yours. Panzer IVs don't fare well against them. A Stuka bomb or a Gustav wouldn't kill it when it's full HP so you have to finish them off with something. Did you test this? KV1 has 960 HPs correct? Same as an IS2? I was able to one hit an IS2 that I fausted with Gustav. In: COH2 Gameplay

Except Spotting scopes EXTEND the Eles focus sights. Like For Mother Russia Stacking with OORAH. If the ele moves of course GASP IT ONLY HAS REGULAR FOCUS SIGHTS! In: COH2 Gameplay

Because you can put a spotting scope on this one unit and it doesnt handle it well doesnt mean there is something wrong with the scope Good God a vetted scout car with spotting scopes is damn near a maphack. Personally I dont think the Ele should even be allowed to have spotting scopes and I think thats everybodys problem with this unit. Focus sight yes Spotting scope plus focus sights no. The 5-second warning is not enough to dodge it, considering you don't know where it hits. It can be called in during engagements on enemy AT guns or other support weapons for a guaranteed kill. You don't just randomly move your AT guns/support weapons around when they are shooting at panthers and whatnot, but if you don't, you suddenly hear a trumpet and by then it's already too late because the unit can't pack up and leave in time. All other abilities are, in my opinion, either properly balanced or too weak. Things like med-kits and counter barrage need to be improved, and bugged abilities like the sniper stun round and target weak point need to be fixed so they function properly. +1 and +2 to fixing Target Weakpoint and Stun ALREADY sheesh....
