Lets just make it 10 or 5 fuel cheaper and reduce the manpower cost by 50 or 30 to compensate for its performance compared to other artillery. |

I don't think Germany put their hands on Switzerland. As for Austria I think the Austrian army surrendered to Germany and joined them. |
Hi folks,
i was wondering in my last game, how much fuel income the soviets get. We played a 2vs2 on Moscow Outskirts and in the beginning we had our fuel and the soviets got their fuel. Still they were getting more fuel.
It was the following:
- Wehrmacht + 23
- OKW + 17
- USA + 29
- Soviets +29
Later it was funny that we had our main fuel point + 2 fuel caches, cutted the enemy from his main fuel point and had only 1 fuel cache.
Still the soviets got +22 fuel. While i have no problems with US getting fuel, because their tanks are okayish, i have a problem with it that russians got so much fuel because their tanks are really good.
So we were dominating the game, i fielded a FlaK-HT to wipe their infantry, and the russian was able to field a T34 so fast...man i mean, we even cutted them from their main fuel, had 1 more fuel cache and he can field faster tanks?
We won the game, but anyway... That is total bullpudding.

If that were true, then wouldn't snipers earn insane vet from killing Shocktroops or Paratroopers? Just a thought in any case.
I looked at your page there, I don't necessarily agree with changing the Stuka's barrage pattern into a circle. It was designed with the intent of a creeping barrage in this game, and I don't see any sense in changing it now. Especially since all strafing runs were changed to be comparable.
Besides that, as I said in an earlier post, it feels like the Stuka was ninja nerfed for its barrage to be less exact along its line and more spread out.
As for its HP, I don't really see what the problem with its HP is, it's an armored halftrack right? It only takes 2-3 shots of a Bazooka or two shots of a tank to kill it. Or One-shot from an ISU-152 right?
In example, it takes at least 2-4 barrages from a Luchs to kill a Katyusha IIRC.
I think it is fair considering the very significant manpower and fuel investment OKW player needs to acquire and use such a potent piece of equipment. Though I guess if vet changes are made it could be considered.
its like the ostheer halftrack |
its best to use low end graphics like gtx 680, 590, 580, 570, 660, 670, or any low end/average graphics cards since this game is poorly optimized. Not all high end graphics can give you best performance with coh2. |
Why is there no 'Relic clearly had their receptionist make all of the in-game sounds using an iPhone as the recording device and nothing but their own vocal chords' option?
Or no 'every other WW2 franchise has unrealistic sounds, THESE are the real WW2 sounds and I know this because I went back in time with The Doctor and got to hear everything first hand' option?
I mean, if we're going to randomly hypothesize about things and all
PS - our in-house audio team is awesome, and they do rad stuff.
PPS - if you want to see a video they made while recording ACTUAL tanks for the game, you might find this kinda cool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHpztdm0sx0&list=UUXgK_BvNF2j7qH_NZcNlSeQ
Bonus points if you can tell me whether or not the rooster made it into the game somewhere.
I wish the MG34 sounded like the MG34 from the First Call of Duty. |
Yeah they buffed the hell out of it last patch. And now we have this, since Relic don't know how to or don't bother to actually play test their changes.
Um, what? You think Incendiary Barrage is game breaking? You do realise that when you see that Red Smoke you can just walk out of it... like every other off-map arty ever except for strafing runs which do have smoke but have a massive radius that can't be dodged. If you're having problems with off maps abilities that are completely dodgeable then I think it says something about your skill level and how valid your opinion is on balance.
Also Incendiary does not instantly shred 80% off any tank (apart from IS2), nor does it instantly 80% infantry. It only works at forcing MG's and AT guns to make up before a big push, or area deny.
Insta-wipe IL2 of the past was OP and game breaking with no chance for counterplay... that's why it was nerfed. That's how balance works.
I see you're a little stupid in the head for not leaving as soon as the flares touched the ground. I saw your SU-85 move a few metres back and just sit there being like meh come strafe me. Now for the sherman? it gave 0 shits whether it was gonna be strafed or not. |
volks without vet with shrecks have fair accuracy such as a decency to miss a couple times. When they receive veterency they have their laser accuracy again. Maybe Relic should tone the veterency so that it doesn't affect the shrecks. |
