blitz on damage engine only effect on damaged engine speed so it is 60% normal speed will be 0.6*1.15 (it is 15% increase right? can't remember correctly) and it will be .69% of original speed, if that ostwind run away like wind then that engine isn't damaged hard enough throw more AT nades at it |
Osteer sniper is fine atm from what I experience, when i play USSR, my guard 1 shot osteer sniper like 4 times in the pass 2 days, one is happened twice in a same game. the problem is USF don't have any indirect fire to scratch the sniper a bit, once the sniper got hurt a bit, it is very risky for osteer player to let sniper stay in engagement, because it could get 1 shoted next shot. also there is some maps is very small it is very hard to flank or chase the retreating sniper. in the same time i do feel USSR sniper team need a safety net like Osteer sniper, but something different like both model can't be killed in same time, so it will avoid luck mortar wipe. |
Fun Fact: the only unit in the game that still has precision strike is the 152mm howitzer.
oh my, i thought all precision strike is gone, but still no point use it ask okw have walking stuka to counter it, and yes make it move able like 10sec to tear it down with move speed of 75% of at gun 10sec to setup at new location could be great. |
soviet 152mm was great before because of precision strike and no osteer use 105mm because of precision strike will 1 shot decrew it or destroy it
now since precision strike is gone, i can see some use of 105mm and less ppl using 152mm, however both art is piece of S**t atm, it got counter by any off map art, or rocket barrage, it is average like 1-3 time ability use life span, and it is very hard for them do deal 600mp damage during that time, so they is 1 of the 2 worst mp investment i think, the other one is flak emplacements |
The whole theme of US mobility is dependent on vehicle crews allowing USF medium armor to operate at the flanks of the battle without requiring a dedicated pit crew. USF lacks abilities like blitz, and their armor isn't particularly well-armored, fast, or powerful individually, thus they get the noncombat bonus of self repairs.
I seriously don't like the crew jump off armor thing, like when I face a USF, he bring out a M20 i bring out a puma or 221 to counter it, m20 crew just need to jump off and a AT infantry is out, to force off puma or 221, also it cheat pop cap for tank spamming, like jackson spam, also when u catch it during repair crew man just hop in and run away, why not just make the self repairs as a positive ability like USSR's crew repair but cost no munition and can't move or fire during repair. so there is no more pop cap cheats |
forward retreat point is risky vs rewards, too close to the mid could lost from a bad engagement and got force back, as soviets when against OKW, i always get a early AT gun as 3rd unit to counter early MG car, and a early AT gun in a 2v2 against okw means u can barrage the retreat point from mid. also 2 120mm can keep barrage it from safe distance and bring that retreat point to ashes.
also SU76 spam right now is overpowered very bad, it counters everything when u have 4-5 of them, barrage blob path with some luck usually kill alot units or building can bring it down so fast. there is no tank from OKW can stand against SU76 spam, only thing have a chance to 1shot su76 is pak44 but if u willing to sacrifice 1 su76 with 4-5 su76 barrage in same time, that pak44 will go down in no time, even Jagdtiger can't 1shot a su76 you have enough time to pull the damage tank back, when their at infantry got push back to retreat u can even charge ur SU76s to take Jagdtiger head on, maybe lost 1-2 su76 but Jagdtiger will be dead meat, 560mp 150 fuel to treat off a 800mp 290fuel tank is well worth it. |

If they hit the mine on a flank and they get critted,they have to cancel their flank and repair. Mine did its job.
if they hit the mine on the frontline,jumping out to repair a crit is extremely risky under fire,especially with new popular MG42 spam,one burst of suppression or DPS = free sherman. Mine Did its job.
USF tanks are complete paper,but yeah,lets take away the one survivability perk they have going for them.
it is still too cheap, there is many times, my mine or panzerfust did engine damage on USF tanks, and my AT infantry is chasing the tank, USF just hop out tank, my at infantry lost target and start firing at crew man, and 3 sec later they hop back in (maybe lost 1-2 model) and backward full speed and run away from my AT infantry while my AT infantry still loading their shreks because they wasted on fire at crew man. i don't see my mine or panzerfust did its job, if same thing happen to any other factions like OKW, USSR, Osteer it usually means dead tank. also what is the chance of a mine covering by a HMG42? usually mines are covering flanks front line mines usually will blow up by random explosives, which means waste of munition. |
Well, 200MP 0F is definetly too cheap. Kepp fuel at 0 but increase MP to 450 so it's MP investmenet, and it's worth that amount for what it does.
On maps like Crossing, it's so damn powerful. You gain intel all the time and everywhere.
I do think 200MP is kind cheap but 450 is way too expansive maybe 240 or 250mp that is about it. this unit have 0 combat ability, also it is not that beneficial if the game going intense from start as both side will struggle to fight and have big MP bleed and so no one will spend on something that can't fire. also there is no pop room for it if OKW want more than 1 tank. |
