Or else just dive straight into the IS2 and blob, like the P47s always do in the western front, except the Zero is fully planted with bomb. Ohka the "man-piloted V2" would have a word with you. But I still think that way about Wehr armor vet. Vet on US armor is not huge and lends nothing to a units survivability. Wehr armor vet adds survivability (received damage reduction, more hitpoints, reduced penetration chances, and free anti-infantry). And it isn't like Wehr armor needs added strength to punch through US armor. It is a double edge sword, once you get into vet 2, there is no turning back. Your Gren may become a burden than useful because snipers have 100% headshot them even when retreat. Units like Puma, panzer IV, V, Stug IV, without vet 1 they suck a lot. In: COH2 Gameplay

The real life/game was different. But ALL Wher units had vet. And guess what you didnt loose vet if your units did die. Also the US Units... oh wait!!!! Buying vet (doesnt matter what bonuses) is BS. I usually have them in late game. Saving last hit of wounded panzer for them is the easiest method. Vetted Rifles solely able to win games for you, even easier with Inf company because they can spam mines and kill more dudes. In: COH2 Gameplay

Can't say the same for RE or CE for instance. Interesting, I have only like 5% of game having a sturmpio getting pass vet 3 without dead. Vet 2 is usual and Never reached Vet 4. In: COH2 Balance

Vet 3 Rifles kill Germans faster than COH2 Obers. What if Grens? Same as Volks,except Vet 2 getting Elite armour, can be solved with BAR, snipers, explosive weapon. Conclusion: US vet is a hell lot more powerful than Wehr vet, SY upgrade, nade/BAR upgrade making Rifles even easier to vet, that's mean arguable US can "buy" their vet too. In: COH2 Gameplay

But you can only have cons, no automatic weapons (so no shocks or PPsH), your heaviest tank can be a T70, and your largest AT gun can be the 45mm one. It's not like Relic has made games with more than 4 factions in the past right? Just being curious, did you played C&C Generals? Bigger tanks and better technology doesn't mean they can autowin. I doubt the current Relic team can design a good COH for the Pacific theatre, but just imagine how can you micro a stupid big fat IS2 in jungle? US "lost" the vietnam war for a reason. It is not like Iraq in 2003, or ISIS in 2015. In: COH2 Gameplay
