I play both, and as soviet its not that big of a difference, about +80hp... why u all mad? cuz u cant make duo sniper + SU-85 and automaticly win game? at least not german crew has a chance And again they didnt get dmg buff or armor or anything other , just 80hp 2 MG42 is almost unflankable without clown cars, even you success to reach it, throwing one molotov, he pack up and let his sec shoot, only killing one MG42 crew member and MG42 godmode in buldings making snipers cry lol In: COH2 Balance

Even if my opponent does perform a flank where 1 conscript gets suppressed and the other gets close within grenade range it is still relatively easy to handle. Shift the gren fire to the free squad, pick up the MG and dodge the grenade (even if it hits but you react fast enough you generally only lose 1/4 health. Then just sit your grens very close to the MG and suppress down the squad or if its to close then the MG42 continues to hurt the other squad already pinned down. I don't know, but I'll keep trying as Russia but I feel the only way I win these small scale engagements is if I have an extra squad in the engagement or catch an MG42 off guard and quickly Orahh all my squads in very close. Even based manpower number battles that involve conscripts vs grens/mgs generally fall into the Ostheer players hands I feel. They buff something not necessary to be buff, all they need is making Soviet support crew less men or less HP. Not bringing MG42 to level of unflankable They balance the game in the wrong way, AGAIN In: COH2 Balance

We want men to flank and attack, support weapon squad shouldn't win the war themselves. Not some angry birds called themselves MG and shoot each other. This is a WWII game not WWI Please Relic, give our conscripts and grens real guns and boots right away In: COH2 Balance

Im little sceptic about balance changes. I will wait for real patch opponions but there is very big chance that this patch was overdone... BTW i never used maxim spam and used M3 + sniper only once. Still got extreme bullshit T70 and SU85 Even you play from Dune 2, doesn't mean you are good In: COH2 Balance

Snipers in CoH were easy to kill if reacted to and always counter-snipable. They demanded a reaction which made the unit worth a damn, where as snipers in CoH2 seem to not demand a reaction at all from the looks of this thread. While number >=2 then it will be OP as fuck, but I enjoy it In: COH2 Gameplay
