You can miss on the move pretty much from any range > 0. This is why I still steer clear of T-34/76, crap main gun means unless your MG can suppress inf, this tank still sux hard, hell I would pay extra 10-15 fuel just to swap T-34 main gun with either T-70 gun or SU-76 gun. Crap acc + Crap pen = no deal for me. In: COH2 Balance

That is the whole point of luchs rush, the only time you can ignore it and go for meds is if your opponent also ignored it after making it. This, Luchs rush either force your opponent to bleed his MP trying to snare you or losing control of his fuel point, either way Luchs rush is meant to be used aggressively so obviously it depends on player skills how effective it is. Also has Lelic fixed its cloak yet? In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Next patch opinions29 Jun 2016, 12:37 PM Raketten should gets a bonus for hitting from camo from vet 0 like old Pak38, currently its greatest weakness is that you spend all the time making ambush and it just misses and gets slaughtered by Allied vehicles, give it current bonus for sneak att and replace the vet with TWP and it will scale up nicely till late games. Conscript cost 10mp less and they can only dream of Volks' level of scaling. Their Stgs deal more dmg than Kar98 at max range too so it's a straight upgrade for a very sturdy unit. IS is expensive as hell and don't get snare, rifles... are rifles but it's not like USF has anything else (after Mortar gets fixed). Penals are good but they are in crap tier and way too vulnerable to Luchs rush. In: COH2 Balance

Well unless you're into puma heavy strat, PzIVs not worth it to flank. And flanking with patnher means you're endangering your 190 fuel tank. With good panther frontal armor, you're better off slugging it out with IS2, with some PaK support if you feel RNG is not on your side. Yeah usually Axis got enough TD to slug it out, I used to flank IS-2 when I spam Puma when Soviet spam T3 unit, Puma with TWP turret lock IS-2 it is really helpless (Although at that time it is more the Soviet get greedy and he dive his IS-2 to chase my Command P4). All valid point, usually Axis armor does not need to flank, too much risk involves but sometimes you got a window to exploit like his IS-2 walks into your vetted Pak/Stug or he hit a Teller mines.
