From our experience, the T34 is now viable in a competitive match up. We definitely didn't feel this way prior to the change. Give the unit a shot, but remember it will require combined arms to some degree. The trade off is you get a more rounded army. |

The pop of the new weapon team is dependent on the entity that recrews it. So if you recrew a howitzer with a pioneer squad, the pop of the howitzer goes down drastically.
For everyone 1 pop, 1.5 manpower upkeep is imposed on the player. |
It multiplies, and yes bulletins do stack. |
HTD provides cover; therefore, small arms ignore it at <10 range. As you pointed out, it does have the hidden benefit of improving squad DPS output. |

Quick update.
This is a weapon priority issue. When the SU-76 uses its ability, it is given an extremely low priority resulting in weapons not auto-targeting the unit.
This is a global system so its not a simple solution, we'll have to investigate a bit further to find the right solution. |
That is what I'm worried about, perhaps the replays aren't catching it. Perhaps the bug is so specific that it requires you to also focus on the right spot with the camera to catch it.
