One request: i haven't seen a page for vehicle armor/hp and manpower/fuel costs yet.(ever since darkbladecr's one got taken down) Would be a nice addition. What the community really needs is a coh2 wiki with all unit stats/costs/dps/hp/penetration, doctrinals stats+costs, cover bonus values, ranges, etc etc etc all in one site. I can imagine that will take a lot of work though and should actually be done by relic at some stage hint hint ^^ I do understand that balancing should be a higher priority but this should also be in your plans In: COH2 Balance
Thread: mortar team balance28 Aug 2013, 07:25 AM Ok so here is my concern German mortar is 4 man, which was a good change imo, but you still only have effectively 3 men, cos the last guy abandons it. The thing that irritates me is the soviet 120mm. You can kill 5 guys and it still retreats with one man, wheeling that fucker out of there. Why is it like this and do you guys think it is balanced? If so, why? What about the regular russian 82mm mortar does the last guy retreat with the mortar or abandon? PS: I know the 120mm has wheels but it is big, and must weigh a lot not to mention the heavy shells. Surely one guy can also carry the 80mm german one. I also know that it is doctrinal, but it is still a mortar, and should function the same as other mortars at least regarding the retreat/abandon mechanic. I mean, doctrinal tanks have the same chance to be abandoned as regular tanks, why should a mortar call-in have different retreat/abandon mechanics than regular mortars? I think the fact that it has 6 men should already make it hard enough to kill. The last guy wheeling it away is imho just a bit too much. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Tips vs Snipers with SU85 (1v1)27 Aug 2013, 14:48 PM Yeah, it can be a bit tricky getting those 5 cp's though, but I also think t2 into super call-in tank is better than T3 if your opponent is gonna get su85's. I find that often when i go T3 i get stuck in it and keep building t3 units, while i would have been better off either teching to t4 or waiting for an elefant/tiger. In: Ostheer Strategies

There should be a link in the ingame lobby. Yeah, I dont really want to upgrade to collectors, thats quite expensive at $40! (Or not unless the price drops a lot, with the exchange rate in my country it is really too expensive for me right now) I dont want all the extra commanders only the fortified armor one, and I dont want to pay that much for a bunch of other commanders im not gonna use. I much prefer small purchases that I really want. I recently got the spearhead doctrine. $2.99 is fine, but $40 is very steep for only commanders (again of which i actually only want one atm, and I dont care too much for skins right now) In: Guides

Thread: Tips vs Snipers with SU85 (1v1)26 Aug 2013, 07:47 AM Elefant works well, you can stall with pgrens/paks until it comes out, but against a good player its hard because he will be able to push you back a lot until you can field an elefant. 5cp's also take forever and it feels like when I get an elefant out, I already kindof won the game through out-playing my opponent. I think rushing for a panther might just be a good solution. AT-nades have a chance to deflect and SU-85's are slower when focus sight is on. At least the panther is not dependant on cp's. I haven't tried it yet, but I think you can get out a panther much sooner than you can get an elefant, both fuel wise and also cp-wise. Another benefit will be that you can actually take a more useful doctrine this way. In: Ostheer Strategies
