Damage is 160, same as ostheer howitzer as i remember. High scatter? So what, it's only 40 munition ability. In: COH2 Balance

I've tried to clean some buildings and not a single shell hit the building. Furthermore you need to upgrade your inf (45munition?) You can just pick royal artillery commander that allows you to barrage enemy in fog of war from this 2 howitzers for 40 munition. Range is unlimited, you can basebarrage opponent with 2 free howitzers for 40 munition whole game with no break. In: COH2 Balance

It's not really hard to crush british early game with sturmpios + kubelwagen combo. Strumpios crush infantry section very fast, bren carrier is very close in everything to kubelwagen except stronger frontal armor and can be upgraded not earlier than third - 4th minute and don't deal supression. Thread: Ostheer Sniper ROF20 Aug 2015, 09:14 AM I think this unit should be nerfed. Ostheer sniper is horribly overperforms against usf. It's vet 1 ability is OP, rate of fire is way too hight against 30 manpower to reinforce units and it survives small arms fire way too good. In: COH2 Balance

OKW can't really afford to place it's trucks in it's base when facing aggressive players. It would be like if Ostheer could pay 600 MP to remove the ability for USF to decrew their tanks or OKW could pay MP to remove Soviet's 6 men squads. Or allies can pay 500 munition to 100% kill Kingtiger or Jagdtiger for 500 munition in 10 seconds. In: COH2 Balance
