yeah I was reading these threads but didnt quite get what i need cuz everyone has his own opinion on it. Cuz they are somewhat important to me if u stack for example 3 rate of fire bulletins for the jackson , it would make it a much better unit ... ore 3 nade range for the USF , 21 % more range is quite useful
I ve seen relic confirming that bulletins stack , but do all of the them ? Read a lot of topics and people say some stack and some dont , and if so is there a list for that ?
Just because Storms and Paras both retreat slowly when those abilities are active doesn't mean it is intended. It's also quite possible it is a bug in game mechanics affecting the speed modifiers those abilities produce. The SU-85 ability is free, for example, so a downside is provided. Munition abilities typically don't produce a downside since the cost of munitions is the gate mechanic.
Ye I was thinking that way , cuz if it is intended its really stupid then , the drawback is to big if u can lose a trip vet squad for that, and to be fair Thompsons are only good at close range and while doing that ability u can throw nades and they cant dodge them..
When you equip you airbornes with thompsons and activate that ability so they move slower and are more accurate , when you press the retreat button they retreat the same slow speed as they were moving and shooting . you literally have to wait that the ability ends to fall back your squad .
I think the best thing is to use 3 bulletins for one thing , if they stack , for example if u have 3 bulletins for 7% more range , u stack 3 of them and they are throwing nades like baseball , or 5 % rate of fire for jackson , ustack 3 of them and u get an Op jackson
Hopefully this patch delivers what's needed for CoH2 to thrive and expand:
-Announcement of the British Army returning to fight in the CoH franchise
-Nerfs to the US and Russian faction
-Progress update or a roadmap if you will
-announcement for new content
If Relic delivers any of these things for the next patch, my faith in them will increase.
The thing that amazed me really is how people are calm and normal on this forum , and that is really hard to find nowdays . Like for example ,if you post on the World of Tanks forum , you ask what is the difference between View range and maximum spotting range , you are declared as waste of skin on this planes , your whole family should get cancer for not knowing that... but here people actually answer your question . So far I havent seen someone calling you a Noob for not know how to get a achievement ore something like that.
