Ability is not OP. The US base is just badly designed.
Over should have known that the only chance of losing was this ability. Why no m20 mine spam around base? It's not like you didn't have the resources. How is saving up your ammo OP? I don't get it.
I don't think he was using nades...or anything in the game. Isn't that a tell that it is coming? |

Exactly why it's not OP. You pretty much sacrifice everything to use that 1 ability. I've used it 2x before to win and only because I was losing almost every battle and I was basically throwing a hail mary to win and 2 strikes to the US base won me the game. You do need a tank or puma to see inside the base though and it only works on US. In fact if they mine anywhere near the base with the m20 chances are you won't get near the base anyhow. It's a stroke of luck or an easy way to end a game when the guy won't quit even though he's already losing. |

If he wins by base destruction, I myself have used this. Although I called in a Luch not puma. Besides...I only do this if I am losing. If you are winning by traditional methods then you won't need this. I wouldn't take away this doctrines ability based on the basis of the US base design. You can't do this to Soviets. This is why it's Relics screw up for even making the US base how it is.
Just take away the circle and spread out the buildings like the soviets and bam....prob solved. I don't think the ability needs a nerf. Besides...in order to do it you can't use any abilities in the game. You can't use nades....faust...anything. You don't think that's hard?
