I've been really enjoying ATR's casts. He doesn't just show long/close games but also games where someone uses a really unique strategy but wins quite handily.
It's also great with all the patches coming and ruining the replay files to have a bank of casted replays to watch =) |

Personally, I love the game. All the post-release support has gone towards improvement as well (unfortunately in CoH 1 patches often meant game breaking changes that lasted for months - unlike this game).
I think the game is only going to get better as well =) |

Well you do need to occupy the building, and you have to pay for each one now.
I think a set up time could be good but 45-60 seconds is just silly. Maybe 10 seconds.
Also, you realize this thing costs 400mp and 80 fuel and can be mortared down in 1 or 2 barrages often. If you put it up off the bat it massively reduces your tech. If you do it in the late game there is even more stuff flying around that can flatten it.
Maybe the bonuses should be reduced (or maybe the medics only appear if you upgrade medics at your HQ as well), but at the same time the fuel cost should be reduced. |

I haven't noticed that. I have noticed it's really hard to get off, often the crew seems to reset their firing schedule when you use it and if the target drives outside of your arc then it's wasted. Could be you experienced something like that? |

Pingtoft is totally my hero.
First of all, he replies within a day on the slowest forum on GR to sort out my company of heroes tech problems whenever I had them back in the day.
Then he posts as a bastion of reason and enlightenment in the most bias thread filled with rage monsters I have ever seen.
I think a lot of these posters need to spend less times on the forums, getting hyped up getting convinced by others that this or that is "OP" or "P2W", and more time in the game developing counters and good strategy.

I can see your point wehrwolf and I'd be lying if I said it wouldn't be nice to have Relic throw those who got the DCE a bone by having some more free content, but I can understand Noun's/Relic's situation as well. It was a difficult time for the company, CoH 2 might not have come out at all, or have come out looking a lot shabbier. |
