Actually you paid for service , not product .
Many people dont know this when they buy games.
In game licence and agreements are some line of texts that tell you (in human language not in boreaucracy one) : game is their property and they can make what they want with it , they can even give it game away , you just paid for time what you play the game and if Steam (or game compny that created the game) tells NO you can even stand you your head and you will not play the game.
Also they can change what they want , how they want and when they want. If you dont like this , then dont agree with agreements
This i just want to write as counterpart to your post.
Otherwise i think relic is fine now , better than they was in past , they dont make more pay 2 win commanders (except 3 new brit ones) try to improve game and evne talk with comunity (the 17th september patch was before in workshop and players can try it)
Yes they screwed up ome thinks but i think the game is moving the right direction and after some fixing it will be a lot more playable than it was before.
Just calm down people , if you dont want to play the game dont play it , there are many activities to do , not only coh2.
And if you want to know why there are bugs after each patch , then try the work of programer , IT language is a bit different from ours.
Last time im telling something in this thread , let it live it own life , i cant say more about it , just wait 1 more day and it will get fixed sometimes and to that time enjoy partisans
i was just really sad that leig + flame nades killed all my mans |
All you people here +1ing Hector's comment like it's some miracle that Relic actually tried to make their game better, when you forget that they are paid to do it and are simply trying to make money for their company... |
We go from omg relic you guys are patching super often we love you, to omg relic you are a few days behind schedule suck my dick.
I mean really just pick one or the other.
Again, not entirely correct. It's more like "omg relic, you fucked your game up horribly and can't even release a much needed hotfix on time."
|
And?
COH2 isn't the only thing in your life...it's easy to do other things while Relic makes up for this delay. Oh wait...this community always cries and blames Relic. No, but when one comes home from 8-12 hours of work or school and have been looking forward to playing a few non-broken games of CoH2 before they go to bed, it is disappointing. And of course we blame Relic. It's their fault after all... |
Relieve infantry is actually amazing in 1v1. For the small price of 90 ammo you get max 3 squads that can cap the map, hold key structures and form a meatshield for your more hardhitting units. Your map control can go from 50% to 80% easily with this ability simply because you can use the free squads to cap the sides of the map while having your whole force of actual fighting units pushing the enemy from the front. I rank it at least in the top 5 of good Ostheer doctrine abilities.
Sorry I've never used this ability. ... could you describe how it works exactly? |
The most important question is, what is OP's 1v1 rank with all the factions? |
It's been quite useful for me in my games. It's a solid anti-inf tank that when supported with Paks and/or Schrek grens can hold off till tiger. In a game today, the USF had M10s around with double pak + schrek gren is all u need. Dont worry about their tanks. Paks will hold till Tiger. |
Delays would be fine if they had said "patch due next week". But they said 21st (or 22nd given delays), and even the 22nd was too early for them. That's what's stupid. Businesses shouldn't make promises they can't keep! |
Release brits: GOOD
Break game with patches: BAD
Say release patch: GOOD
Don't release: BAD
maybe if they weren't good then shitty over and over again the community wouldn't have to flip |
No I'm not, but as a company they made a promise to we, the customers. I can't imagine what else they are doing over there in British Columbia. Maybe they all slept in and got high and laughed at how broken the game is till they all passed out. |
