So, I'm doing extremely well in pub games online. I watch a multitude of videos and read build guides daily and usually end up carrying my team even when playing support (my teammates often ask me I'm a smurf due to the fact that I play just so much better, to give you an idea). It's a shame there are so many autoattacking noobs who refuse to buy a courier or don't know what wards are. In the end it seems that winning low-level games is luck-based rather than skill-based- you'll win if your team is comprised of less idiots than the enemy team.
Smurfing is also a real problem. Such a shame. I assume there are no smurfs at higher levels though, so I'm looking forward to leveling up.
And, of course... there's a lack of communication, and communication is something extremely vital in this game.
Dear fellow coh buddies, I have two questions here, any help will be deeply appreciated
Q1) if I reinstall vcoh on another steam acct, will my stat be resetted?
Q2) I am thinking of preordering coh2, and I will get a new vcoh and tales of valor, how go I get a new stats account if I am still using the same steam acct?
Try renaming your steam account, afaik that should work.
at least it did a few weeks ago :-)
a friend of mine renamed his steam account to have the same name as mine, and suddenly he had my stats, and i had his (none). pretty funny... but also pretty abusable if he could also get stats for me for playing with my name MVGame
Just a bug on your ends I'm guessing. Changing account name doesn't mess with the stats.
All good ideas in the original post. Alas, I have a sneaking suspicion any changes/additions to game mechanics won't happen anytime soon and we'll be stuck with the current blizzard system for quite some time. We'll probably have to wait for an expansion DLC, which will cost who knows how much. The most we can expect would be graphical, performance and balance improvements. But I'd love Relic to prove me wrong.
The vehicle armor system IS EXACTLY LIKE the system from COH1. Exactly.
So, in COH2, you made changes to mechanics that didn't need to be changed, yet you kept things such as an unrealistic (and, frankly, annoying) armor penetration system which people have been telling you about ever since vCOH came out.
