ive heard that its UP, OP and somewhere in between I don't think the patch is out enough to tell exactly what needs to be done.
also there not suppose to be used as anti tank now, not as much anyway. Use them as anti-infantry, anti-veichle and anti-t70
there ability ofc is still pretty good. but they are no longer tank destroyers.
