I don't see this topic talked often, but it is something we can witness in about most games, even in tournaments an more precisely the WCS.
How easy it is to deny USF it's only infantry healing ability, sometimes RNG can even make a panzer 4 shoot the medic truck from the other side of the map.

Anyway, I don't think there is a lot argument needed here, since unit stats don't enter in consideration, it's simply about the flawed design that is the medic truck.

One can just walk in with absolutely any light vehicle/tank/heavy tank he desires, destroy it in one shot and leave.
Surely sacrificing a 222 or a halftrack is more than a good trade.

The supposedly "cheap" cost doesn't excuse the blatant flaw here, having to maintain a well balanced mp float especially in late game demands you don't have to be bothered by stupid stuff like this.


I address now absolutely all the 1v1 USF players, how many times did you have to witness some jerk getting angry at his near loss rushing straight into your base to give you the middle finger and deny you infantry healing?

Did really not change the pace by hitting the already easy to bleed infantry and your much needed manpower in mid-late game?

I'm sick and tired of this personally, if I had saved the hundred replays in what this simple abuse made me actually lose the game when I had a huge advantage, I would flood the replay section for a whole week.

Sorry if you feel I'm derailing the thread, I was expecting to read intelligent facts about their current state but I got in and just read IS2 op, Cons op, T70 op, this op this op...

At least title it correctly and say straight out that you think soviets are op, and not write pages while tossin in a "they are overtuned" in the middle.

Then comes the T70, which is by far the biggest power spike in the game.

God forbid soviets have any decisive tool, the t70 is OP! just make it not kill my infantry for christ sake.

Again, I read this a lot, but a simple math shows that Soviets have the most expensive reinforcing costs in the game.
Ever thought of doing the sum of what it costs to reinforce a single cons squad compared to grens before saying just plain wrong stuff like how reinforcing cons is cheap and they never bleed mp?


Better yet, I propose that you play 1v1 as soviets for some time, and then come back here and let's see if you feel the same way.
I'm not saying this to provoke you, I'm honestly telling you that you might change your opinion if you see for yourself.

Do Soviets have features that need a nerf? Sure they do, but it's certainly not the t70 (again)...

Don't bother, everybody is convinced the KV8 is op, when in truth this unit has been nerfed down to a complete joke in 1v1.

Tanks and howitzers can, because they deal 120 or more damage on a direct hit. Most of them also have a lethal AOE radius (82 damage or more) of 1-2 range or more, in case of a scatter roll.

Basically anything that deals over 82 damage can oneshot snipers with a direct hit, the exceptions being ATGs and handheld AT weapons because they have special damage modifiers (-75% dmg) versus infantry. Even tank destroyers can oneshot a sniper with a direct hit, although the chance of a direct hit is ~4-6%.

My bad, I thought they rendered sniper immune to one shots when full on health.
