I know that ball rolls both ways, but some aspect of the game should be the same for each faction...That is my opinion and that is why I asked you about your reasons to say that.
It is OK for me than some factions has 3 tiers and others has 4 tiers, it is OK that some factions can get t0 mg-42 while other factions cannot, but then, there are some things that for the sake of the balance should be equally accesible and in the same conditions for all of them....An example of this are FRP´s and how EFA factions are in a clear disvantage that turn the balance in favour of WFA factions...
Whit mines, it is the same, in my opinion, that FRPs.

You mean like USF has vehicle crews that can repair crits instantly and repair their own vehicles and have RE units that can repair vehicles fast, but the Soviet and Ostheer factions need at least vet 2 to get just a fraction of USF´s repair rates?

My vote is on incendiary/wp grenades on sturmpios and an isg smoke barrage. The former would make the incendiaries a lot more valuable, as they aren't on spammed main infantry, but on an expensive unit that you will only make 2 of at the most and that is close quarters, so couldn't care less about whether their targets are in cover (10m rule). It would also mean that volks gotta rely on something else to be effective too, and would open a little more counterplay as you know "those are the only guys with the incendiary." I don't understand why the latter doesn't already exist.

Since this thread regards OKW vs Brits: I recently had a game on Minsk Pocket vs Brits where he locked down the middle with 2 Vickers, a UC and a trench. I found it difficult to flank because I have to walk so far around that he had enough time to reposition. How to best deal with this?
