I'm pretty sure it was just regular attacks triggering it, but now you have me second guessing myself. I wonder if I can get someone to help me test again.
The new Advanced Emplacements Regiment commander for the British faction's 4th ability is bugged.
It will counter battery barrage a Brummbar when the Brummbar shoots. I'm not sure if this is affecting other Axis tanks like the Sturmtiger or Jagdtiger.
I can't "confirm" because I'm at work, but I know the Boys AT nade does 50 damage. So new health, 320 -50 = 270 270/320 health = 84% health.
I believe the threshold of damage for the snare to work is below 80, maybe even 75 or 70 percent, right? So it shouldn't snare.
Yeah I saw someone post something similar, but my faith in mechanics has been shaken as of late. I'd like to see it confirmed in game. Sadly I'm at work too
I suppose there's not a single reason why OKW shouldn't have an MG or sniper either, but I still don't think it's really hurting OKW. I wasn't aware of how bad the HEAT grenade was though. At least that should be a reliable snare.
Can anyone confirm that it doesn't do engine damage on full health 222? Though I image the Boys rifle should almost always put some damage on before HEAT grenade hits....
I agree the whole shenanigans around the recent patch was utterly poorly executed.
On top of that list i'll add:
- Relic being absolute twats towards the community in their streams (Brad telling us to L2P, insulting the community in general etc.) which make them look even less professional than they should be.
OKW doesn't have a T1 suppression unit, but they have some pretty darn good comeback units in T2/3. It works pretty good for 1v1's. Are you having more problems in team games?
There is a non-doctrinal suppression platform, but it's really fragile and not cheap: Flak Halftrak.
It even has a setup and teardown time like an MG does. Is it a good solution? Hell no, as 55 fuel is not a cheap investment for a 320hp unit, but it is an instant suppression unit.
