My never fail tactic: no tech. 2 cons, molotovs, 2 more cons. Use the defensive tactics commander. It is very strong against okw and strong against Wehrmacht. Start making Dshks, and a lot of them. Put them in buildings wherever you can. Then when you feel light vehicles, start pumping out some 45mms. Use the 120mms liberally. Squad wipe material.
