Well I digged around and as far as I know, you CANNOT put the English speech file on another army, they will not say anything at all. So this method doesn't work that way.

We completed Kharkov Divide today on General. Elephants helped us. But well - Faceoff at Rostov that is imspossible. I dont understand how u did this. We are trying to rush their base, they always using tanks, a lot of tanks - KV-1, t-34-76, t-70... We are trying to use pak-4o but its doesnt helps.... Imspossible...

Well, I will not use this option because of soviets and wehrmacht in one file and oberkomando west and usf in another (with britih forces all is ok - they are speaking with British akcent^^). So, let all will be on English. Maybe someday Relic will relese patch for this.. Or maybe not.
By the way, your giude about walktrought of Faceoff at Rostov is pretty useful! I have rired from this mission. Me and my friend are playing on General difficulty. We completed many other missions (for exampple, Assault at Voronezh) but this one... Its imspossible! Almost impossible like Kharkov Divide from Southern Front DLC. We will try your guide in Faceoff at Rostov. Thanks!

If you downloaded the game with an English client, it will have the english sound files for speech.

If you download the game with another language (like Russian, German, or Polish) it will have the sound files in german.

So what you can do, is have a look around and see if there is a full copy of the German sound files and swap them with the english sound files.

but maybe it is possible to change speeach failes for every faction? I mean - to make all factions speak on their real langugaes? Or there all files archived together and that is impossible? I will check my game folder!

Well, I odont like this dlc system so much. but I think that is best way to sell videogames today. Otherways you will face what happened with THQ...
But I've bought CoH2 and all add-ons on the sales in Steam and that was not soo expensive.
I think Relic could make new add-on for coh2. There is already western front + eastern front and 5 factions. United StatesUS, UKGB, USSRsoviets and 2 factions of Third Reichwehr. But I suppose OKW and Wehrmacht that is not only Germany. For example, Nazis also recruited troops and resources for vehicle producing from Austria. In the beginning of the war Third Reich already was much more bigger than Wiemar Republic before it. But other allies of 3th Reich was to weak for adding them as additional faction to CoH2 (for example, Italy failed almost everywhere. And Wehrmachtwehr helped them in Africa, Greece and on the territory of Italy - so LOL). But maybe could be nice to see one more Axis faction in the game and some African maps. But I dont know which faction id could be What do you think?
Also pacific front is better to see in additional campaign (and maybe theater of war pack with some co-op scenarios). Why? because pacific warfare was pretty different from European battles. So - that will be pretty different game. Also, Japan almost didnt have any normal tanks. They captured China with their tanks because China hadnt any tanks at all (also, their army and their country was still in the previous century).
But I really wish to see Paficic battles and African battles and one more and last one axis faction. Then it will be game of my dream

Im subscribed on some mod-faceplates and after realized I dont need it at all (its can not bee seen in the auto-match, also some other reasons utc). So, I made unsubscribing . BUT faceplates still in the list!!! s there any possibilities to remove it?!!!
