Thread: 6-men weapon teams and ambushes16 Apr 2013, 14:26 PM 6 man squads looks so cool, but yeah it's a bit much for the gameplay to be fluent. It also makes it easy for the germans to beat the russian mortar, since they can take a hit or two and survive, while a hit on the russian mortar will surely kill one or two of the poor guys, followed by the crew doing the "ants go marching" as they line up to try and grab the mortar while it's being barraged. Thread: Where's all the personality?15 Apr 2013, 22:08 PM Seeing the life of a game (esp a RTS) comes from familiarity. I've never played SC2 and have only watched streams and some casts of it, and it looks lifeless as fuck to me. Everything seems sterile and boring. If I played it some more that opinion would probably change. CoH would probably look the same if you hadn't played it a lot (few units covering a lot of terrain, for example, can give the feeling of the game being barren and not intensive) it will come with time, I sincerely think so.
