I just feel more than anything it's just so damn boring to play against. When playing them they generally feel like a well made and enjoyable faction but against them it just plays out so boring.
Not in the sense they feel overpowered but win or lose I just feel like its a boring game and actually find myself pretty happy when coming up against soviets and usf. |
Even with the changes, their late game is not going to be that strong, even their late mid game will still probably be lacking. I feel their early game is all they have going for them but even this can be shut down and if you manage that I feel like games just snowball in your favor from there.
That being said usf are still a pretty good faction especially in 1v1 and hopefully these changes can bring them up to par even more. |

Variations of this have worked really really well for me in 1v1, if you can try and be blatent with your sniper so the bren chases, then pop round the corner with a faust from your grens. |
Nah no way, pak is currently in a pretty good spot as is ost in general.
I will admit wasp can be a problem especially as it can sometimes survive two fausts and with good micro can wipe most squads that do try to faust it but it's getting a nerf anyway.
Quad can be beyond annoying sometimes, but I feel that is more of a problem of the quad itself rather than pak being T2.

Maybe it's just rng but I have no luck with the half track mortar, I find it highly effective vs mortar pits but on bofors, I must have done about 4 inc barrage + attack ground and the thing was still fine.
I find the best thing to do is force brace on the bofors and then just rush it with flamers. |
I just wish it did damage as it landed. Wait for a load of units to blob then kamikaze splat them. |

This may have already been addressed but with the infantry commander, it seems riflemen can't build sandbags? Also know a few other people have had this problem. It was reduced to 0cp but seems they still can't be built until 2cp? |

I wouldn't really say that so much, Soviets has pretty much always had a decent sized player base and I have always found them pretty enjoyable.
The T34/76 for sure though needs something done about it, not only is it fairly weak but really does not feel like a T4 tank. I know they are suppose to weak and to a certain point something to spam/rush with but at the moment they just don't seem to fit any role.
Without a doubt the m5 needed a nerf of some sort but the reinforcement one wasn't it. Would have made more sense to actually nerf the problems with the quad rather than take away the ability to reinforce. I don't like the idea of giving it the ability to heal though, I think it would make more sense to nerf the suppression and damage and keep its ability to reinforce.
On the plus side though, even relic just looking at the partisans has given me some hope for future commanders, is getting slightly boring either shocks or guards nearly every game.
