Anyway, from my perspective, USF is weak late game. It's always been like that, since CoH 1. Yes, CoH 1 had a Pershing, but it was doctrinal. So according to a few on this thread, the US only has a chance if you pick one doctrine?
vCOH americans were ok late game,they had many non-doctrinal and doctrinal unis that were FANTASTIC late game
here the Americans have useless units EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM
i dont own the british so i cant say what the British point of view is BUT i have played against the bofors and the unit performence is ok but some thing should be noted.
1.infantry
this is fantastic cause now shreck blobs no longer have free rain,the british have hard counters to blobs and light vehicles.
2.Light Vehicles
as said above,the bofors hard counters light vehicles and its very good at it
3.medium Heavy tanks
BUT they also happen to damage panzer 4s(by alot)and panthers.
when say damage i am not talking about a simple 100 damage to the tank but a 300+ damage to it,they also happen to damage elefants,this should be removed or nerfed
overall the BOFORS is ok,the only thing they should do is nerf a little the performance of the bofors so the german player can react and retreat a a few units(if not all) from the range of the bofors,while also nerfing or removing its ability to damage panthers(heavys included)
We know how to counter the dam thing, the point is it has stupid max range accuracy that wipes squads in the radius that are there for more than a second.
Stop with the fanboy bullshit and acknowledge that there actually is a problem, and that fixing it won't make the bofors bad, it will make it less retarded.

if the BOFORS is op against infantry then you should play USF and see how stupid the Flak HQ is against allies
(but it wipes my squad/squads so fast i cant react)k then nerf it to give you time to retreat
