They have relatives who were held in concentration/death camps, fought at the frontlines, were forced to work in German factories etc. Still, these players have no problem playing Ostheer and enyoing the game, because they realize it is just a game. However, purposefully ruining the playing experience of other players is quite arbitrary, as losing to VonIvan's T70 spam, for instance, can be felt as a bad playing experience. Are there any precise criteria, other than interfering with other people's enjoyment to play the game? If so, can you contest a suspension/ban on any of these criteria? In: Most Wanted

My conclusion is not based on selective abstraction, as I have weighted in these 5 points... I am going to suggest again if you could go and check those points with the relevant people, i.e. the community managers. In case you did not understand, "behaviour is known" was aimed at Barton's behaviour. Most likely, you are going to deny the community managers know who Barton is, so I suggest you ask them that as well. In: Most Wanted

The community managers are present on this and equivalent websites. They read posts and reply to them. COHEXPERTS have a high attendency on these websites. 2. The community managers are present in HelpingHans' stream. They talk in the chat. They watch the gameplay. 3. The community managers have been present on streams themselves (SNF, HelpingHans at Relic). 4. The community managers met HelpingHans at the Relic studios in Vancouver. 5. The community managers know about tournaments. For instance, Barton versus HelpingHans in the ESL final. Behaviour is known. I suggest you "check" these facts yourself and draw your own conclusions about the knowledge of these community managers. Untill HelpingHans adressed his issues and VonIvan got suspended, which is a friendly favor creating a bias. If they have the means to act on this persistent behaviour yet do not act, it means they allow this behaviour, which effectively means it is not a suspendable offence. In: Most Wanted

The premise "no complaint, no action" is quite interesting in itself, but I am afraid I cannot find justice in it. Be reasonable and refrain from hyperboles. These community managers know these players as they are present on forums such as this one, stream their games and some of them do well in tournaments. It is not an assumption that the community managers actively read posts on various websites, since they reply to them. Next to that, they talk in HelpingHans' stream chat. Additionally, they have appeared on streams themselves and met with HelpingHans in person. Conclusion still applies. In: Most Wanted

They do have a job (Community Manager), and that jobs focus doesn't encompass "stalking the gamers to find wrong-doers". First, they SHOULD know, since COHEXPERTS are a controversial part of this community, who can most certainly not be described as a random group of individuals, as most of them are known players and some of them are known to be very good players. Second, they DO know, as they are in HelpingHans' stream regularly and they read posts on this and other websites, where COHEXPERT members both post and are part of the subjects of other people's posts.
