MG Bunkers and possibly fox hole MGs(?) are firing well past what their arc of fire shows. |
So every point you cap, you look at first, even toward the later end of the game when the majority of micro is used up in tank battles? |
I thought lelic didn't want mines to cause squad wipes so they added suppression to mines, why don't minefields also give suppression?
The squad can sometimes not say "Mines" as it can be drown out by other events.
What up? |
Meanwhile UKF cries in a corner with its only non doc, none moveable 400MP unit that has smoke... |
you should be punished for being reckless with how you position it.
That's a bit harsh pal, the thing is heavily RNG based with its landing, you are lucky if it lands anywhere near the guide you put down, let alone able to build units from it or retreat to it! |
the same reason Volx have no "firefasterfornoreasonincover"-ability
Rather than shit post, acknowledge that UKF out of cover are trash, hence the buff incoming then contribute something else, but that doesnt answer PPSH or tommies doing the same. |
(Posted in the bug section as it must be... right?)
Is the drop rate of weapons being addressed for tommies in the DBP at all? 5 Man squads, vet 3, double weapons and pinata central. It gets quite infuriating after a while when the enemy has more bren guns than you.
Shouldn't weapon drops only be a thing on squad wipes/one man remaining? Having 4 members alive and a dropped weapon just feels stupid and lastly... Why do STG's NEVER drop? I believe its the same for Thompson's and PPsh's right? Why? Shrecks drop, LMG's drop, why don't other upgraded unit weapons drop? |
For example, Faymonvile, Langres, Lost glider, I find really great maps and fun to play on but lets i'll try and kid myself, its because I have the most success on them.
Then we have maps like Khlodny, minsk, crossing in the woods and the rest really that are just not fun to play on, I find them far too large for 1v1's, which is another point...
Why do we have 2v2 maps in the 1v1 rotation? I doubt it's a coincidence that the maps I find fun are ones that are built around 1v1 matchups, when you have enough room for 4 players but limit it to 2 players, half of your time is spent running to the points ( I'm surprised Kholodny isn't a 2v2 map..)
What do you think, are maps that powerful that they can determine victory of a faction matchup, or is it always based down to the better/luckier player.. |
I wouldnt say they are OP but they are very strong, it feels like a never ending barrage when it vets up.
Playing as UKF, you don't really have a good counter to a well placed LEFH without going Arty doctrine yourself, but even then, that's seeing a nerf so its only going to be more difficult to counter as UKF. |
Good point, I wonder if someone could make an engineer/commando based army now that tommies wouldn't be required for their medkits.
Could do that anyway with vanguard |
