I would definitely encourage you to continue to cater to people relatively inexperienced or unfamiliar with the game.
You can post them on this site by starting a thread for your videos. The community page for steam could be another opportunity.
You should use everything about being a small caster to your advantage, including interacting with viewers by encouraging people to comment, and offering advice to players who send in their replays (maybe even starting with a promise to at least look at anyone's replay if they send it to you).
I'd be willing to stick around for a while and call you out in private if you say something blatantly incorrect while casting. I know a few good casters casters who fall victim to honest chronic mistakes (calling the MG-34 the MG-42 etc.) that kind of take away from the experience. |
That's terrifying |
Initial opinion: Your style of casting seems to be catered to entry level gamers. This isn't a negative or positive thing, it's just a fact. If you channel that, maybe trying to cast instructional games from your viewers, I think you could do something interesting. I would definitely stick around to see what you would do with that kind of formula.
It is important, though, that you play the game to some extent to keep your understanding of the game fresh in your mind. Otherwise, you may start giving tainted advice after a while like some casters I've seen.
Please ask me if you have any questions. |
????? We had elite infantry like "alpini" and most of our infantry was mechanized so something like panzer elite litteraly remove marauder for "semovente" and p4 for "carro Armato p40"
Hm true. |
Ok, this is a post that has a meaning, not #pastaspamming.
Of course the italian army wasn't as powerful as the wehrmacht, and the italians will not become an army similar to the Ostheer & OKW, i think that it could work more or less as a mix between soviets and USF, in my italian army idea it has cheap basic infantry, some elite troops, AT guns, a 45mm mortar, a tankette, 2 light tanks, 1 medium tank, 2 SPGs and 1 AA-AT gun. And there are also commanders.
These units were common in 1943 and many other in previous years. I tried to make an italian army set in 1943.
I hope you changed your idea about italian army = osttruppen army, but doesn't matter if hadn't change your opinion, at least to let you know that it's not just an army of riflemen, 47mm AT guns, M15s and L3/33 tankettes.
Okay I can see where you are coming from. I would argue that their doctrines would be primarily ambush, and the issue they have to cope with us a complete lack of elite infantry. |
I would argue that the italians would just be ostruppen plus german equipment. I'm not arguing that the italians didn't contribute to the war, I'm saying they might be redundant. |
OK just for the record, if a girl posts pics on this forums, don't be a creepy fuck. PLEASE. I know these are old posts but they make me fear for humanity. |
Well, now look back, this kinda is a meme strategy, but I just want to try out what I once heard: A guy came up with the idea of No-Volk strat, but he never tell how. I even heard he went 4 Kubels, not 2. I already try to torn down the memeness of that strategy and try to make it a thing. But again, the future of this tactic is very much uncertain.
P/s: Anyways, thank you for willing to help me. I don't hate Volks (I love them actually... in a non-sexual way) but i'm just trying to see can OKW works out without heavily rely on normal 3 Volks build, and i'm being serious about this!
So... do you still want a replay? |
I've never had problems making the AAHT effective. You can always tear it down real easy and as long as you have screening, you will win against the largest blobs |
Sturms are ok, but they suffer from diminishing marginal utility. It's too much to constantly charge at the enemy with. Sturms also become vet dependent very fast as more elite infantry hits the feild. Also you were kind of a dick. I still don't understand the increased utility of two scout cars over one when you could get volks.
Replays coming over the weekend. |
