Thread: The OP utility of engineers. 9 Dec 2015, 16:56 PM Its not off topic at all though is it, if you concede that there are no good strategies that involve spamming engineer units then what "OP utility" do they have? They can supplement damage in a fight a bit and do tasks you would expect of an engineer unit.. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Balance Preview Patchnotes19 Nov 2015, 09:03 AM I like the direction of the changes but I think OKW munitions and fuel costs needs looking at with the removal of the handicaps. I also agree with some earlier posts that giving them a few options/side techs in the early game would help flesh them out a bit. Rifle company seems a little lack luster now to, I'm all for the removal of flamers from mainline infantry and the vet changes but I think the rear echelon flamer unlock should also give access to a thompson upgrade for rifles (maybe 2x thompson for 70-90 muni or that ball park). Give them some more close range fire power (as i imagine was the intent of the upgrade originally) without the garrison/cover mitigation that made the flamer so broken. A lot of the UKF changes seem fair, I still think something needs doing to improve their emplacements though. In: COH2 Balance

I've been called a cheater at some point in pretty much every game I've ever played though, same as i imagine most people here have. Lol settle down mate. Perhaps they should make it so if I give them a cold hard stare they'll fall over, we wouldn't want sim city to be in any way functional. Thats essentially the same as saying any film about slavery is politically incorrect. It happened, nobody is saying it was right. That said, as others mentioned, its understandable that they removed the black RETs as races in general are under represented in the game so to randomly include black RET squads as the soul attempt at showing racial diversity during the war is clumsy to say the least.
