Well, I call bullshit on that if the zis had 100hp there is no way (beside heavy rng influence, like the Video were a 100% hp P4 were not able to penetrate the rear armor of an IS2 with just ~5% hp) that a panther can pull that off. Look at the 2v2 stats of USF and Ost and get the fuck out of here. You really need to make use of S-Minefields. It works good when the USF player need to walk behind a building/hedge/wall where he has no line of sight hence he cant see the obvious shields marking the field (lelic pls). In: COH2 Gameplay

Also no super glue vehicle crew to fix engine damage from mines. Use AI vehicles to deal with rangers or go dual Obers. The Commander has the best thing against it. Smoke. Now try to ground attack that pershing while the whole rifle blob is moving towards your position and the pershing is just wrecking your infantry/bunkers/mg34. In: OKW Strategies

That were my first 10 games as USF in 1v1 ever. Got placed 300ish without riflecompany and without any indepth idea of what I am even doing. The "Axis are OP in lategame" was maybe true in coh1, but it isnt in coh2. Especially with the Brits hitting the field. The Soviets have better very Heavys then Ost, the scaling thing was customized in the last 2years so that grens are by far not the best core infantry in late and if you keep in mind that there are still so many one-shooters that eat 4-man squads alive it is just ridiculous. tl;dr: As axis u need to outplay an equally skilled opponent hard to have a chance to win. I couldnt care less about the number of armies thing. In the end I only play 1v1 or 2v2 with a friend as premades. So I have no problems at all with it. I was talking about the charm of a faction, not the power of a faction. I would and even will play this faction no matter what but we have to look at the facts: As i said before, I prefer 1v1. Maybe you know about the king of the hill tournament from Romeo, guess what faction got picked at most and what faction made the most wins? Yeah..you are right. Soviets.
