Also the console port is going to be cheap, you know it, they know it, we know. It'll drain resources and some potential players away from the PC for most likely a quick cash grab to be dump once they realise causual arent willing to fork out for $20 skins.
In all my hours I haven't seen one premium skin be used. I think I saw some in a tournament.
The blobbing is so much worse in Coh3 as it's harder to wipe squads (especially with retreat bonuses). So they just retreat and come back for more. Also your vechicles are slow af so chasing them down also becomes an issue.
Blobs should be given negative cover when 4 or more squads are in tight and I mean tight proximity. It make sense that firing bullets into a human tidal wave are going to hit.

No tank crush, overlaping hotkeys, cannot repair base, disappointing campaigns
I did enjoy the height mec |
Not to mention fake currency that hides actual prices, no surrender button, units getting trap in wire, poor animations (guns out of models hands, legs clipping though boots).
Lack of mod support (cause they think it will impact on battlegroup sales) and small pool of maps. It gets very boring. |
Coh 3 problems, pathing is worse, graphics are worse (cartoonish), sound quality is worse, no replays, balance is all over the place, no player name, mircro transaction are much higher in Aus, blob meta (actually appreciate rocket arty for once). Also games are too fast so no late game heavies. Tanks and units move sluggish.
Coh3 success autovault, auto reinforce, base building look better, less crashes
Time for a Coh 2 remake
I was defending this game wholeheartedly but I have come to realise that the luxury of autovault and auto reinforce are just not worth the cost.
I think Coh 3 and relic needs to die
Rest in Piss |
I am a stressed 1v1 player, so i played the other 3 modes much more. All random games.
The games are admittedly fun in a balanced matchup, going past 30 mins late game.
But coming from Coh2, Coh3 still feels detached to me, like an out of body experience with my army. Something is off.
I think all that auto forward reinforcing and healing even for tanks! I not feeling it. When i get vet3 grens in Coh2, it felt great and grens felt powerful.
With Coh3, vet3 felt nothing much.
Some more the current meta with the buff MG, is to camp your front line, stop infantry with MG spam, push a mortar leig unit asap. Then fisticuff on the frontline until who got the tanks mass faster. And too much arty, every gets arty. Brits get it much earlier. Wtf man
100% bro only thing Coh3 managed to so successful was split the player base, slap that negative review and pray for coh2 remake |

They overlap so your retreat and reverse are always gonna be the same hotkey. Every other game just has a list for you to put what you want but this was too much for the good folks at lelic. Fix your game relic. |
DAK campaign should have been like opposing front, where their loved ones die and they question the whole morality of what they are doing (Rommel shoots himself in the head after July 20 would've been good, with the Nazis going after his family). Can anyone even remember the story slapped on top of the Africa campaign? If so please tell me the highlights or even one of the characters. Not to mention the CGI was all used up in the launch trailer budget (nice little cheeky bit of false advertising). No one likes cheap barely animated drawings. And once we finally get to Italy how about the same missions on repeat 50 times (with different angels of the same maps). The actual set piece missions were pretty good; I wish they focused on a solid linear campaign.

I'm definitely going down with this sinking ship, after putting so many hours into coh2 it's refreshing to play with fresh tactics and abilities. One mans trash is another man's treasure. I even liked the blizzards in coh2 :3.
It's a shame cause if we have to go back to coh2; the game has seemingly unfixable bugs. The amount of bug splats is crazy.
I will gurgle that urine until it turns to gold for the rest of you! Someone has to... |
SEGA enacts new EULA trying to prevent lawsuits, consumers confirm that they won't sue SEGA. Assumed reason could be law suits due to false advertising. On reddit some commenters claim that the phrases are standard and can be found in many EULAs also outside of SEGA games.
If you're in the EU (and probably Europe generally), you don't need to care. EULAs are basically toilet paper in a legal dispute anyway.
Timing of the update is best case "unfortunate", but might signal SEGA expecting lawsuits and/or worst case dropping the game.
Probably nothing much will happen to SEGA even if they'd completely drop CoH3. For an individual, the financial risk is not worth suing over a 60 Euro game. Class action lawsuit might be more realistic if enough people come together, but even then I guess it will be a lengthy and complicated case.
Ignore my above post. You think they'll shut down the servers? Man this is so disappointing... I know this game is already good and can get so much better. I wish it wasn't so 'cool' to shit on everything. |
