Be honest to yourself,do you really think that OKW needs all those free stuff just because they have no proper Off-map abilities ? If you ask me,definitely not.
IMO i am fine with medics,repair and area denial HQ(although it penetrates too often against any kind of tank/vehicle) but free-no-skill AA is just stupid.

Thats rather a problem that some weapons have when used on uneven terrain like ISU or other ballistic weapons,as far as i know.

No, it has 6secs, no matter if vetted or not
It does not have any bonuses for reload.
Still, it can't hit anything.
I remmber when I was trying few things in cheat mode. I put KV2 on siege mode in front of Panther.
Panther won. Why? Becasue shells were smashing ground around it all the time. Sure, it's RNG but agasint moving target it's not very accurate.
That doesnt matter.Why? Because its incredibly strong against inf and tanks.Looking in a vacuum where KV-2 doesnt properly get supportet by at least 1 scout unit and some AT weapons behind to protect from ballsy tank hunters is not really a good evidence.
It has some RNG flavour but nonetheless a bit micro input and it will deal a lot more consistent dmg even against moving targets.

I definitely agree with chipwreckt,since its buff its actually useful now.
In a 1vs1 its very situational but when the map and time has come it can easily turn the side or grant victory,especially close to the enemy base sector. |
Useless thread,you should try to show replays or give better(valid) reasons why you think that way.
Saying that obers can get beaten by certain units is not really...convincing.

Agree with ASSBAG,clearly the only one who knows what he is talking about.
Maybe OP did something wrong in this game but the M4C Shermans spam is a real problem. Basically you spam mines go T2 and wait for a few shermans while constantly trying to annoy and harrass.
Obviously this works better on some maps than others, nevertheless a higher CP requirement or bound to a T4 structure would help a lot.
ROF is insane on the M4C,it fires like every two or 3 seconds.

LOL all you need to do is use combined arms and play better than your opponent,as it should be.
Right now the tactic is to rely on a few units such as croc ,cromwell spam,sniper and 5-men IS,wow such skill.
Wait for the patch,play at least 10-20(1vs1) games and then come back to discuss further.

Actually its one of the best,provides more cons foor attack,defense or suppport and it allows you to amass armor.
On top of that cons are still the most versatile unit in the game. |
I dont take the church as example because the church is OP as fuck. and if it was not for the fact that the brits didnt have good breakthrough abilities i would nerf it even further. but since the soviets come equipped with abilities and units that can completely smash you line like the b4 i say its pretty much balanced.
Churchill is the only unit compareable to the KV-1 thats why.
And churchill is not as OP as you think,if it was so why havent i seen more than a handful of them in 1vs1 ?
Churchill needs same price as Panther and buff to KV-1 or cost decrease.
At the moment the gap between them is too big IMO.
