That not the point, was it Alex. you LIED and i CORRECTED You. now you are bullshitting
I just asked you why you made the statement relating 6 T34/85's to 2 Panthers. Since obviously the 2 Panthers aren't going to win and are quite expensive.
Regardless the issue remains that every faction but Soviets has to pay the price of teching in order to access their best units which isn't appropriate. |
I was ANSWERING JB. Read my answer right above.
AND btw Two Panthers DON'T equal SIX T34/85s. Jesus. Six T34/85s cost 780 fuel. So two and a half T34/85s maybe (without tech costs) With tech costs its about four T 34/85s (two panthers with tech 535 (skipping T3 building). You can also get a Tiger with what is left
Oh yes only four t34/85's, the most cost effective medium in the game.
And skipping T3, lmao what planet do you live on were that is a smart idea? |
If the other dude gets enough fuel and manpower to get six T 34/85s, you are not doing well. On the other hand you can tech up and get two panthers, if you also have decent map control
2 Panthers cost as much as six T34/85's, doesn't that seem a tad wrong to you? |
The Su76 buff makes sense because the current Su76 is terrible. Everyone knows it.
The Stug G buff makes sense without a range increase so the Su85 and other, more expensive TDs. It's still a massive buff.
T34/85s are a lot easier to deal with than ISUs and IS2s. Especially with Stug G and Raketen buffs.
Buffing a unit but sticking it behind a absolute absurd cost or next to a better unit means it will be used just as much as before; IE not at all. Why get an SU-76 if it's in the same tier as a better tank? Why get a StuG III G instead of a PIV and a Pak gun?
The StuG G should have 60 range, if it's a dedicated TD now why doesn't it have dedicated TD range? |
Flamer crit removal makes sense outside of the context of the other changes in the alpha.
Call in heavy tank change makes sense.
Plane crash change makes sense.
HMG buffs make sense.
Stug G change makes sense.
120mm/precision strike removal make sense.
M5 quad & stuart buffs make sense.
Weapon crews not dying mid-fight makes sense.
DSHK & Su76 buffs make sense.
Stug E nerf makes sense.
OKW sweeper buff makes sense.
Raketen buff makes sense.
Do I really need to keep going? There isn't a single change in this patch that I disagree with, and they all make sense even outside of the context of future #NDA content.
Also, the majority of this patch was balance changes. Not bug fixes. If you choose to use the term "fix" when talking about buffs/nerfs (which are clearly balance changes) that's not my fault.
SU-76 buff makes zero sense with out a teching change, the StuG G changes makes no sense with out a range increase, call in heavies being fixed (meaning they ADMIT there is an issue with call in's) but then medium call in's not being touched at all makes no sense.
Yes some of the stuff is obviously objectively good, this however doesn't excuse refusing to release the rest of the changes just to essentially prolong everyone's suffering. |
Nobody is saying these are bad changes, the reason why people are upset is because without the complete changes they make no sense.
Not to mention most of these changes are fixes. Sorry but it's expected of a company to fix things that are broken because that is their job and the fact they are choosing to be lazy about doing their job fixing things by delaying the rest of the fixes is silly. |
Unlike the other heavies, the KT actually has a weakness that can be exploited; it's speed. |
nice condescending post, you are the MAN!
must feel tough insulting others online.
It's just a tiny bit funny how CieZ still hasn't gotten that people are pissed because we waited months and tested an entire alpha for Relic to only release a small amount of the changes that should have been put in a while ago. |
No.
I'm essentially saying that there are TONS of extremely good/positive changes included in the patch.
Yes there's more to come, but a lot of that needed more testing.
Let's imagine for a minute that Relic, at the last minute, decided to make sweeping changes to how a faction plays. They release it only lightly tested. Now what if said faction is super broken, or super weak? People would just cry about how Relic never tests any changes before throwing them to live.
It's just impossible for Relic to win with some of the people in this community. They're damned if they do, and damned if they don't. Some of you people just don't know how to be happy, or so it seems.
We saw the sports car
Some of us, even drove the sports car
Relic had promised it for such a long time, they could simply not contain their excitement about it!
And now we have a very shiny sport car, minus all the things that would make it effective. |
Meanwhile...
Things everyone knew were going to happen. People are mad because Relic is releasing the changes slowly after MONTHS of being blue balled.
Your essentially saying "Yes I know the sports car has no wheels and no engine! But it's a sports car"!. |
