Thread: Feature request : Loan your partner your units in COH2 !14 Mar 2013, 03:50 AM I think it would be cool in 2v2 for one brit player to lend all their stags to the other player and for the first brit player to lend all his units to the other one so you end up with one brit having 14 stag and literally no other units while the other brit player has 2 of every command truck and all the infantry. Doesnt that sound like fun guize? LOLOLOLOLO ALL OF THE BRIT'S 6 BLOBS FIRED UP + STAGHOUND CHARGE In: Lobby
Thread: Feature request : Loan your partner your units in COH2 !13 Mar 2013, 23:38 PM @Crawler Yeah, but Brit can only lay mines midgame, not early game when they're most useful (Although mines are useful throughout the whole game). And for PE, you can only lay mines with schwimm if you pick TD. I know you can lay goliaths but it means you have to do T1 whereas PE mostly does T2 first. Oh and here's another one - PE gets his inf blob + a sniper to go with it ^^ In: Lobby

Thread: Feature request : Loan your partner your units in COH2 !12 Mar 2013, 01:45 AM I agree with Pepsi Honestly, this simplifies the game too much and turns a 2v2 into separate 1v1s While it's passable in lower levels, it never is passable for medium levels to turn a 2v2 into a 1v1, esp on maps like R&M and Duclair (best 2 maps imo) I mean, Pepsi's example is a great example of "hey, if that unit counters my own, can I pretty plz take control of that unit so that I can counter those units?" And besides, normally, you can kind of do it already with crewable weapons - and that's all you really need In: Lobby

Thread: Mirror Match19 Feb 2013, 01:40 AM Okay, so since ppl want some diversity, let's extend this this further I reckon what we should do is set a Diplomacy setting (in unranked) which you can toggle allies and enemies, just like in AOE II and SC I. This not only employs mirror matches but also allows for greater flexibility in game DDDD Lacking authenticity never ruined Age of Empires 2 or Call of Duty 2 multiplayer for me. The thing is, mirror matches definitely don't ruin the authenticity of AOE 2. Civil wars were very common in that era.
