Thread: What is the point of the JT cooldown bulletin?14 Mar 2016, 14:12 PM I have suspicions that the bulletins were outsourced or made by some intern who doesn't give a crap. I just can't believe relic can come up with something as stupid as -10% superheavy cooldown. Or just look at the STUG E bulletin, if the one who made it couldn't take literally 2 seconds to move the stug image to the center of the icon instead of just pasting it wherever, you know they don't give a flying f. In my opinion they are the most pitiful unit in the game, I can't think of anything else that works so blatantly against your own interests. It could pretty much be replaced by a "Remove 250mp and 10 fuel" button. I remebered them existing today and tried to use them in a few games, each time it was a disaster.
