Just confirmed, reinforce for IS is getting a 10% decrease.
Edit: actually I think it said the reinforce cost is now 28, so it might've actually said 10% of the units base cost.
IS with 5 man squad once they receive Bren guns are going to be so legit...will see how this plays out but I'm afraid they had to do this because of the MP bleed due to snipers. I would have liked to see a slight nerf to something on IS to help counter the reinforcement reduction. |
if he makes 2 at guns he spend 640 mp to counter one unit, use your own manpower bonus to push him off field , outcap him and maybe even make huge psuh and seize his paks
And use your t 70 to wipe brave soldiers that attept to harras your cut off , not as main tank pusher
Certainly a valid point but it isn't like SU, Ost, and UKF aren't already building at least 2 ATG by mid game since you need them to support against heavier armor.... |

Sad to see that the diversity of the factions is becoming less obvious after every patch.
These are all moves in right direction assuming no ninja changes or unintended side effects. But I think part of the reason there is more homogenization of factions is people see awesome units from an opposing faction and see they don't have a direct counterpart that measures up and many complain for it to be made just like theirs. Centaur > Ostwind, Pak 40 > USF 57, etc |

It does sound good! I don't want their cloak to be removed for movement in cover, but rather for movement out of cover. As of now, they can move from cover to cover pretty much cloaked no matter the distance. Moving cloaked in cover is fine by me and gives the unit its edge. However moving from cover to cover cloaked shouldn't be a think, unless the cover is like 0.5 seconds apart from each other.
And yes the longer re cloak is a very good idea! Wonderful!
Also as someone else already posted after your comment, I would also think a small dps nerf is needed. We must be conservative with these efforts though, an overnerf is not what I want for this unit, not at all!
+1 slight DPS nerf certainly not unwarranted. I do hope they don't over-nerf though. |
I'm just glad we can reinforce multiple squads at the same time. Going back to try and play CoH1 made me want to kill myself every time i had multiple squads in the base to reinforce.
LOL so much this. I tried awhile ago and got so mad at the lack of COH 2 UI...no reverse button, no multiple squad reinforce...no MG facing, no clicking a squad in a HT and right clicking where to go on the map. |
