Maybe also reduce its barrage cooldown to 10 seconds after barrage finishes. That would allow it to fulfill the Multirole tag line a bit better. (as long as you feed it Munitions)
good change, because you'll lose out on munitions even faster, but yeah it would be useful to have a barrage on hand, seeing how ez is to dodge it
We have a ISU - 152 that is a overpriced Assault tank at 14CP , costing a extra 40 fuel and 100 less MP compared to elefant/JT while having worse overall performance on the field , with the accuracy off a PTRS rifle , the AP round can't even hit crap.
The isu-152 is good, the range nerf is slightly annoying, but it can reliably hit infantry, which is all sov needs
Unless you think that heavy tanks don't perform well enough versus infantry to justify their cost then that's not really much of an argument. Heavies do well enough versus Panther that if they are supported by infantry or support weapons they can force it off or have them risk losing the Panther. Just because they don't win in a vacuum doesn't mean they need buffed. Sure, if you want to kill tanks you are better off spamming TDs but that's not nearly as flexible as a heavy tank that can also force infantry retreats. Which again, is the whole point of heavy tanks in this game.

lol no the is-2 and pershing are obese mediums, they are not commonly used and there's a reason why (simply aren't good enough) but the kv-2 is something to fear however...
That clip may be pretty bad for the AT gun, but 1.25 bursts from the 50 at like range 20-25 and the volks still isn't in the dirt is even more depressing.

1. Access to panzerfaust from the setting up off on first truck. It should not be necessary to upgrade the truck before panzerfaust unlocks. Ostheer panzerfaust was unlocked from 0 minute for the exact same reason OKW need it unlocked from T0. This may not be as noticeable in 1v1, however, in 2v2 upwards its a problem, especially in large team games.
2. If trucks are all upgraded, then get destroyed - all the upgrades should not need to be purchased again. This is just silly, needs to be fixed ASAP.
This may not be a very noticeable in 1v1, however, in every game mode above that OKW are broken for these two reasons.
These are NOT massive changes, how we got to this point for OKW is beyond me, but I guess it was in the hands of the experts.

Allied heavy tanks suck, EXCEPT the KV-2. I don't really play with the pershing, but its basically an IS-2 but worse
however...
the IS-2 is basically an obese t-34-85, except without any benefit whatsoever. The damage is that of a medium tank, the penetration flops, the accuracy is abysmal. The tiger 1 is a straight up superior heavy tank, the extra armor (which isn't a lot) apparently matters (against factions with the best AT in the game). Historically, the IS-2 would shit on each and every axis armored vehicle in the game (and be a threat to even king tigers and JTs), but in game, it doesn't do so, because heavy tanks like the KT didn't exist yet.
Thematically to the game, it should be a king tiger clone, but then forum warriors will pull out stats that show how "balanced" the tank is, ignoring in game performance. Mainly because people use the is-2, see how two panthers shit on it (or a simple ele/JT), maybe they even see how it misses a few shots on blobs, and then simply never use it again.
