Thread: Conscripts need mid-game buff26 Jul 2015, 15:05 PM Right now I dont see how am I supposed to counter their medium tanks after opening with T1? I have no AT units att all to deal with them. Here its important to note that SU76 is not AT unit. Its as Relic said truly "light vehicle destroyer". Cuz at this moment tank blobs are always supported by ATG and infantry with rpgs. Both of them hard counter SU76. So I see making even single SU 76 as a waste. 2 ZIS + SU85 better than 2 SU76 + SU85 In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: MG 42 suppression reduction? 26 Jul 2015, 13:39 PM OH T1 units are mixing with each other too well for 0 cost of the building and early availability. Its just not about single unit. Its about their mix. Why not move sniper to T2 or T3? On urban maps where you open with T2 early sniper has no counters really. Let us skip T3 it will be end of all problems In: COH2 Balance

But also I pay attention to the fact that OH T1 T2 give you 4 units each that have a perfect mix with each other. And that OH T1 is blatantly OP compared to sov T2 opening. If they move OH sniper to T2 or even T3. OH opening will be fine. In: COH2 Gameplay

The issue with the PTRS is it still does excellent single target damage and can easily snipe weapons teams, so five Conscripts with PTRSs are something would put all Ostheer early game and light vehicles in the graves forever. As Alexzandvar said, we don't need more incentive to blob, we need something that allows Soviets to play tactically, because all Conscripts are good for atm is flanking MGs early and taking damage, so a grenade package would be welcome. You dint get used to play OH. You are better as OKW. In that our last game you were playing wrong way - heavy agressive T1 with fast lmg upgrades. Its a abusive style. Its possible to punish it with fast T3. I had PTRS pregame upgrade thats why it was slightly better than usual. CaptainSPrise have said that OH is overpowered over both allied fractions. It has 22 MP reinforcement cost. Thats why its "cost increase" is dust to the eyes. It must be standart 260/8 = 33 MP reinforcment cost. In: COH2 Balance
