It rarely gets more than 30 kills in a game (which is saying something because of its high cost) and it requires a bit of skill to use well. If you are struggling with it in team games you can use Kats to bombard it since they have longer range. The issue here is the extremely potent OKW late game which it synergizes with and makes it nearly impossible for the Allies to do anything. In this case the Stuka is the final nail in the coffin as it wipes vet and allows high vet blobs to roll over the new recruits. Short: Stuka is not the problem, OKW late game in larger games is still crazy strong. Bean!!! You traitor!!! In: COH2 Balance

Thread: How to deal with early game German engineers spam?3 Nov 2014, 01:46 AM Stay at range and back up if Axis player gets too close. Use Maxim to cover your approach. He will try to focus down one unit; make sure to have units positioned somewhere else to flank/shoot at exposed sides. GOing T1: Use the car with flamer unit to drive into or around them. This disrupts the units positioning Or you can stay at range and blast them. Also, try to dictate where the fight will be. Fighting in a tight spot can be dangerous as the pioneers close range firepower can decimate you. Make sure you have enough room to flank the enemy and get the opportunity to shoot at the enemy from multiple angles. In: Red Army Strategies

Thread: Have Guard Rifles aged well?3 Nov 2014, 01:39 AM They are not very good, but have some uses here and there. Going T1 means that you will probably need guards to cover you form light vehicles. Button is ok in some situations but got nerfed hard. They cost a lot to reinforce and take a long time to reinforce as well.
