M3 seems to take small arms fire in the game I just played.

Double Counterattack vs. 1+ Ostheer player is a weird lineup i've never seen i think.
In addition to the already mentioned solutions:
if the map is semi-open to open, try Jaeger Armor as Ostheer - it will shutdown KV-1 and B4 alike, with Elefant and Stuka bombs. The OKW player can also easily get away with a well placed PAK43 via Fortifications commander. Non-doctrinal solutions work as well.
About Shocks: multiple supression platforms are usually a good idea. Don't leave your 42s alone, or it will be destroyed super quickly. As OKW you should try to either calling in MG34, or just work on your micro a little bit. Shocks need to get super close, so all you have to do is keep them on distance.
Last but not least: a replay might be helpful to see when and why it went downhill. |

couldn't you just ban the use of garrison with the vickers. Seems unnecessary to ban such an important unit out-right.
And if you just accidently enter a trench / building with it?
It sucks, big time, but at least some people can have "fun" with the Brits, the other solution would be to outright remove them as a faction :/ |

But It is really hard because even if he use the mg normally it will end with tremderous firing arc after 20 minute without ability of referre to ban he becuase it looks like normal use of mg not abusive play....
Yup, and this is exactly the problem. You can't really draw a line between intended and accidental abuse, and the bonus is just too big to be ignored.

What about disqualification of players that use hmg bud directly (egen repeatelty get in and out of building without need) or players who use glider bug or some other bugs ?

Sadly not.
Reduced reinforcement cost makes them more spammable against anything, it also promotes bad head on pushing even further. Fancy Vet3 Rifles still bleed like before to AoE & crit weaponary, they may just survive your Gren / Volks / whatever spam a bit more.

Well, personally i would have used some received acc on Vet3 of around ~15-20%, 25% is always a bit in the "major change" direction.
But let's be real here: does it make that much of a difference between ~35-40%, or 45%? Nope.
They needed better scaling, they're the (quite pricy) backbone of the USF.
Those few percent barely make any difference, and by the time they actually hit Vet3 you should have superior combined arms anyways. So their bonus works exactly as intended: more survivability and less bleed late game.
