Alright so this makes more sense and like I said go ahead and leave then come back after some more patches. I will admit I was over reacting to some posts, but this whole site got swarmed by negativity from alpha testers in multiple threads about how the game was under-patched and they weren't going to play it anymore.
The last patch didn't have the same amount of negativity and this patch is much better than that one; although it didn't have an alpha test so I guess the alpha really must have been heaven to piss off so many people.

Oh I don't approve of Relic's general business practice, but this patch is a step in the right direction. And as for views, the larger CoH2 population's views aren't shown on this forum and I guarantee you they will keep playing the game. Come June 23rd the overall daily player numbers won't have dropped at all.
Look, leave and come back in 4 months to see how the game is, just don't trumpet your leaving across several threads like you are the king abandoning his people to the apocalypse. |
- Fences: Dudes should know that in a battle, you don't need an order to jump over a fence.

- Green cover: Providing unfair bonuses and stupid. It doesn't require much skills, so that's not encouraging dogdickal gameplay, just rush behind a green cover or inside stone buildings; win.

- Allies massive numerical advantage: Axis late game advantage is long gone. Fix their faggot inf and early game hell. Quick.
l2p issue, massive numerical advantage means 3 t34/76 vs 2 Panthers? Panthers should win
- MK2 Nade: Not enough time to react, wide AOE, sick damage. Granted cheap InstaWipe
micro issue, learn to dodge
- USF T2: As OST, you should spend your whole MP on countering early vet 2 Arnolds, so no enough resources to prepare AT for light vehicle faggotry and abuse
A problem limited to one commander ability
- OKW AT invincibility: I do like to use shermans and T3476s when playing against OKW. But almost every unit this faction has is an AT in one form or another.
l2p issue, you can take out any vehicle with several shermans or t34/76
- P47: It covers the whole map, specially 1vs1 maps

- Fake Vterancy: Cheese.
don't even know what you mean, but elite troops training costs a hell and anybody who does it is rather stupid
- Flamethrowers: Their range should be reduced.
so they become useless? No, crit mechanics were tweaked with the new patch, they should be less of an issue now
- T3485s/Easy8s Base Gang-Bang: Really, should be limited to one on the field.
No, they need to be unlocked with tech, so axis player has time to field an appropriate amount of AT or counters in time
- HM38: Should be available at 8CPs, revert the minimal nerfs. It's much better than the LeFH, should'nt be available so soon.
so we have again late game RNG wipes on vetted units? No, 80 dmg sounds much better.
- PTRS dudes and Shocks: Should be available at 3 CPs.

- USF Magic Glues, Blitz and smoke: Silly cheating features.
Out of jail cards should cost and appropriate amount of resources, while magic glue is to cheap, blitz & smoke is cost wise fine. Blitz should be offensive ability however

Well if you guys want your alpha changes pushed faster, then EVERYONE play Soviet Guards Motor and then bitch in the official Relic forums, their twitter account, and their facebook about how OP Guards Motor is and how no one is playing Axis. Then start spamming those same complaints on SEGA's accounts and watch how a talking to from daddy will make Relic move their asses. |

Nobody talking about plane crashes being changed, as the community begged for. For good reason. They were dumb.
Nobody talking about Relic addressing vehicle death crits.
Nobody talking about removal of precision strike, which was a super dumb ability.
Nobody talking about the first steps in fixing call-in heavies.
Reinforced wire being cuttable.
Sturm sweepers not having terrible range anymore.
Global HMG buffs to counter-act blobbing.
Removal of Flame crits and the flamer model blowing up randomly.
No more weapon crews dying out of the blue while crewed/having to be paranoid and repair them constantly against Guards/PTRS cons.
Better tank control via prioritize vehicle being added...
Like seriously... did people just skip over all the amazing changes to immediately QQ about T34/85s, which won't be as strong as they are now relative to other Axis buffs...

I am with you Ciez, some good changes and they are coming sooner than last time and they fix a lot of the FRUSTRATING things about just playing the game with ANY faction. I would rather get some fixes now and some more in hopefully 1-2 months than wait for a pile of them in 6-8 months that they have to fix due to there being too many changes in a further 6-8 months. |

You obviously misread...the whole freaking patch notes. Tigers(ALL VARIANTS) limited to 1. AT Nades do crit engines on heavy and medium tanks at 75% HP and since they do more than 75% HP damage on contact to light vehicles they do engine crit them even at 1000% HP. |
So after the last patch pretty much just nerfed the OKW into the ground and buffed some Soviet units, this one at least tries to buff several units into playability and address several VERY ANNOYING RNG mechanics and people are once again calling the game dead...
While not fixing the call-in meta(Guards Motor best doc in the game now by FAR) is unfortunate at least they addressed plane crashes, precision strike(which was OP), too many Heavies, tank crits at .00001% HP, gave 99% of tanks Prioritize Vehicle, and gave weapon facing in buildings
Not as much as people were hoping but more positive changes than the last patch and it is coming in half time (3 months rather than 6 months) |
