it will ruin ladders - as you can avoid better players with just being afk, and only play against easy players.
Fun Factor 0 - but it will be as common as the afk we experience now
This makes no sense, people can already quit a match if they don't like who they are facing, this way others don't have to suffer from AFKers. And if you get kicked it should count as a loss, you are wasting people's time with your poor decisions and time management. |

Yes the auto-kick should be fair, a few minutes would be good.

It could work like this:
The Loading bars are the bullets right?
game load begins, music plays, yada yada
Load finishes
"Press any Key" appears
When you press it, your bullets turn Green, indicating you are ready to begin the game
If one minute(or two)passes, and not all players have readied, the game will time out, and no win/loss will be recorded for anyone.
This essentially solves the "slow loader lagger", the "moving my first unit 1:30 into the game" types of people

Anyone else want to see an AFK autokick after 3-5 minutes inactivity? I just tried playing one game as Axis and got a teammate who was AFK the entire time(I surrendered after 5 minutes), so I switched to Allies and got another teammate who was AFK. I sat there and waited to see if the game kicked him and it never did, at least not for 15 freaking minutes. This is ridiculous, with the AI I at least have a slim chance of winning, but fighting 2 on 1 is impossible. Relic you seriously need to add some inactivity kicking or punishment. Players don't auto-queue if you are not sure you can play for at least 30-45 minutes uninterrupted. |
British looking good. USF is going to need some changes or UKF and SOV going to be only allied played factions. With Axis it is going to be interesting facing a faction that is looking very similar to the OST. |

You guys are just complaining because a relic dev hinted they'd nerf the quad if they found it to be OP. It is not OP.
Use Pak, even some small arms fire with Pak will kill it. With schreks and pak it has no chance at all.
Flank the truck like other inf flank HMG's. Lay mines. Build early AT. L2P.

While I can appreciate the allies getting some vocal support on this forum, I really don't think the wave of Vetlolcakes for Allies is the right kind of vocal support.
The M5 is overperforming, it comes out too early and it has too much damage + suppression, one of there factors needs to be adjusted. For those saying it is fine, you haven't played this patch enough, out of all the changes this one has been the most common and glaring of the problems. |
I say wait and see, but once again(as with the MG42)Relic buffed one aspect of a unit in the last two patches due to under-performance in one area and then buffed the other area leading to a unit that is over-performing.
I don't think the M5 needs a major nerf, but a cost increase in fuel wouldn't hurt; overall we won't likely get any changes until Sept 3, unless the whole meta devolves into M5 blobs. |
MG42 doesn't instant suppress squads in GC. IT DOES NOT! It will eventually suppress but not for several seconds.
Sov can deal with MG42, but USF could use a mortar to help. I will say that I still play with/against a majority of USF players that still blob straight into MG positions then have to retreat because they all get pinned. |
