Penal usually reached vet 3 at same time of tier 4 arrived. I think this passive should be belong to OST. because they must relied on veterancy unit. while reduce reinforce cost should be belong to soviet. Spamming or mass a cheap unit is a Soviet CORE meta(I mean they have 6 men/ human waves).as Cons concept is" buy battlefield success with their lives" or penal "Died trying" In: COH2 Balance

When it comes to 4v4 I think that doctrinal changes like removing stuka/elefant combo will fix a number of issues. I still can't find a proper reason why they nerf con and t34 because of that commander. Can you doing test with me? if you have free time. thanks test with AI are a bit hard to notice. Your argument is unfair for soviet side. no offense but Are you main axis? Axis do have Panther that can counter every soviet tank from scout car to Su-85. and that is a stock unit. while soviet need a lot of doctrinal unit but now they nerfing the non-doctrinal aspects instead of some specific ability. there have a lot of issue about counterpart for soveit in difference game mode. such as. to counter elephant may need to use zis cannon but there have call in/rocket truck or brumbar standing on a field too. and brunbar are appear to be a frontline heavy AI tank. that bounced a lot of AT shot. Su-85 should be counter a tank effectively but vet 2 nerf wouldn't be make any sense. In: COH2 Balance

PTRS never effective against vehicle that heavier than puma. SU-76 nope. even 222 can flank and kill it. 3 shot from pz iv will kill it. plus Su-76 shot like to bounced off. In: COH2 Balance
