Yeah, you are right about that in both cases. But despite this aspects in the end OKW still comes out on top in an artillery battle (if we put aside that one doctrinal broken ability that hopefully will be fixed with the balance mod) and your LeiGs are not only useful versus emplacements so you can use them further one. I personally think a british player who builds one very defensive mortar for support and plays aggressive with mobile troops otherwise is a lot more dangerous for OKW than a british sim city player. The one negative thing about sim city isn't that it is hard to play against but boring, because it is so static.
Ostheer on the other side is a lot weaker versus sim city, because their mortar really sucks in a mortar battle versus emplacement. So if a faction has a need for a mobile howitzer as a counter to emplacements it is Ostheer.
ost has howitzer can easilly deal with it (in cp 8 guess).
the other hand ost AT+stug can kill that emplcment sooner ,also in fog.

some one said stuka enough for garisson team weapon.... if u think so, yeah but not 2! 3stuka need destroy every emplacment,as i said topic not about vs simcty! i like any type of new unit add to game even for alies.back to topic : so why sexton? ukf can deal with these support team by mattress or any infantries can mark area and howitzers clear there,also usf pack howtzer can do it ,so why coliopi? why priest??!! and soviet too....u know howitzer's continus attack+range is more important than its attack damage, varoius type of unit is need.
