Having out-of-combat persistent cloak for those units is fine; it gives the game a bit of flavour.
However, in the way this is implemented, stealth is completely broken in this game:
- You can abuse stealth so that your JP4 is CONSTANTLY stealthed (even while firing)
- It even causes some phasing issues, where you can't hit stealthed units with attack round.

I'm 99% sure that the predator phasing bug hasn't been fixed, yet. Last night I used the cloak to dodge some Tulip rockets (and kill off the 2 fireflies that fired them on me).
I will concede that at vet0, the Raketenwerfer is rather situational (slow speed, reduced range etc). However, to those of you complaining that the Raketenwerfer sucks, have you actually checked its veterancy?
- At vet1 there is no movement penalty to cloak
- At vet4, it can even outrun infantry
I would like to know how you guys manage to counter AECs/Calliopes without Raketens (no, mines don't count)
This is an issue contrary to everyones beliefs. The jagpzr 4 with vet can be a down fall for some armies such as if u go IS2. Imagine if the Jackson had active camo where rounds can phase through.
I dont have an issue with pgrens having AT, its perfectly fair as they lose their 2 Stg's meaning they suck vs shocks or other inf.
I do have an issue withe the long range accuracy of the shreck as many others have pointed out as it makes kiting them very hard to deal with.
Then again it should be a l2p issue as you should know that they lose the two smgs and gain some heavy AT for 120muni. This means you dont counter this build with tanks rather with inf.
And then keep waiting. And waiting. Seems kinda tedious too wait, eh?
I mean yea but this is kinda how Relic has always worked. They have been better since kyle took over and cynthia rly pushed for an open Relic so we are way better than we have ever been. People just need to understand they wont patch over night unless its game breaking like it wont start or something. You have to wait for people to adjust to the new patch meta and see where the balance is as well as wait for ESL to be over so its not unfair.
It cuz the only thing keeping brits on the field is the AEC. Like they said its a "hotfix" for brits to make them viable in 1v1 not a "this needs to stay here forever".
Im almost 100% certain Relic knows whats going on in their game, they aren't stupid and have wayyy more data than we have access to.
If you don't like balance now then wait for the next patch

That is nothing to be annoyed about, but ranting about balance because of this is the wrong way to go.
It seems like you have been stomped by Allies lately. Yes, Allies are pretty strong at the moment (especially USF and Brits), but they can be beaten and the commanders you mentioned (at least the USF heavy infantry commander) is not as OP as you might thing. Rangers are really strong, yes, but the Pershing is not as good as it seems.
You don't buy an Ostwind as your first unit. To be honest, don't buy Ostwinds at all, because at the moment, a Panzer 4 is in 95% of the time definetly a better choice. Ostwind suffers against tanks and even a Soviet T70 can destroy it, if played right. The kiting (driving away in range with tanks) is an esential part of the gameplay and no balance issue. It would be way too easy hitting every tank with your Panzerfaust, wouldn't it?
Back to the commanders:
Yes there are commanders, that are better than others and mostly they are not free at the beginning. But every faction has them. And you can unlock the via war spoils. I haven't bought anything besides the game and WFA at all and still I win some games and lose some games.
