Capt zook upgrade is also a pretty solid change Jackson change was a fair change 10/10 Goliath may be over performing vs emplacements. I mean I feel like there are already so many counters. + the 5x damage seems a little over the top and unforgiving. Battlegroup meds seem a little over the top when comparing them to the solv medics =/ maybe an equal balance would be at 6-7 panther shouldn't it have its rear armor adjusted to match comet? You would have to decide if you wanted riflenades,flamethrowers, 222 upgrade, or mg42s. I'd take a 5-10 fuel price increase rather than that. The 222s health upgrade increase its survivability and while its no stewart, comes out at the 5 min mark which could be a little early. In: COH2 Gameplay

People who compare it with "turbo mortar" and find it UP? I mean it has a high ROF but cant hit anything. When I think turbo mortar, I think the OST mortar before the ROF change as the round basically hits a model 80% of the time. Personally I think the USF mortar is fine. Its doing its job, fitting its role, free smoke, yet cant rly hit anything, comes out of t0. Its vet makes it so it scales into the mid game, the long you have it the better it gets at its role. The vet just lets it scale into when other mortars come into play. I mean if anything you could increase the price to 260 or something but its vet just lets it scale. In: COH2 Balance
