What about still starting the game with a panzergrenider squad despite the Volks buff?
Bulletproof capping Kubel?
Anti everything Volks?(ok this one is debatable but still) |

My personal theory is that the AEC isnt even that bad, its just almost every unit OKW builds has At, making the AEC (and the bren carrier) ultimately a useless balloon waiting to pop. |
Smoke Raid Operation
Heat Grenades
Commando Insertion
3 In motar team
Croc

The only thing I thought was broken in that game was access to Calliope.
rocket artillery are T4 Units in their respective factions. and US dosn't even need to tec to Major to get them.
More needs to be done to push rocket artillery behind Tec, its not balanced that US dosn't even need major, and OKW just needs Mech HQ to get rocket artillery

OKW is going to be on top until some nerfs roll out.
Also, after the recent buffs and the 100 percent resourses rework OKW is way easier then OST to play.
I recommend you also play the US for allies, since the two factions are very similar. |
Its great that Relic are doing more for Coh2. |
I agree
Would explosive resistance work well? |
Looks like a solid strat. |
I would not recommend playing brits in 1v1
2v2 and above is great thou |
First lets examine the goal between anvil and hammer
Anvil Specialize your army around Defense and Durability
Hammer Specialize your army around Mobility and Firepower
Anvil Gives exclusive access to skills and upgrades that greatly increase Durability and synergy between units and emplacements
Hammer is almost completely garbage. Its basically the tier people must use to get the Comet
Lets look at a comparison
Anvil
Heavy engineers, an upgrade that makes Engineers bullet proof, gives a light MG (max of 3) and a massive boost to repair and build speeds. Fallen emplacements can be repaired and rebuilt in a manner of seconds, Their massive durability and firepower means they can be parked on Victory points and prevent decapping
Hammer
There is no equivalent to Heavy engineers in Hammer, and the Tech greatly suffers for it. My proposal is that the skill Track Vehicle is removed and an upgrade is made available to Infantry sections. For (x price)
Infantry sections now perform at 100 percent efficiency out of cover.
Infantry sections, the core of a hammer army, are now mobile and at max firepower, no longer shackled by cover.
If this seems crazy or overpowered to you, I would like to remind you again, that the royal engineer upgrade makes Engineers bulletproof and given an additional LMG slot and the fast repair speed . This upgrade by comparison is modest and great way to making hammer viable. |
